يُعد متنزّه الصفا الواقع غرب مدينة نجران أحد أبرز المتنزهات في المنطقة، حيث يتميز بموقعه الفريد الذي تحتضنه الجبال من جهتين، ليشكل وجهة مثالية جاذبة للأهالي والزوار على مدار العام.
ويمتد المتنزّه على مساحة إجمالية تبلغ 109,662م²، فيما تغطي المسطحات الخضراء 56,513م²، ويحتضن 1200 شجرة وشجيرة ونخلة، بما يعكس اهتمام أمانة منطقة نجران بتعزيز الغطاء النباتي والارتقاء بجودة الحياة.
كما يضم المتنزّه 4 مناطق ألعاب للأطفال، وأجهزة للياقة البدنية، إضافة إلى 203 أعمدة إنارة ديكورية تسهم في توفير بيئة آمنة وجاذبة للمتنزهين، إلى جانب ممرات ومماشٍ تمتد على مساحة 40,760م²، وبنية تحتية متكاملة تشمل دورتي مياه.
وتتضمن مرافق المتنزّه 80 كرسيًا للجلوس، و130 حاوية للنظافة، ومركزًا اجتماعيًا، وملعبين للأطفال، إضافة إلى شلال مائي و4 مظلات، بما يوفر تجربة ترفيهية متكاملة تلبي حاجات مختلف أفراد المجتمع.
وأوضح المتحدث باسم أمانة منطقة نجران عبدالله آل فاضل أن الأمانة تولي تطوير المتنزهات والحدائق العامة اهتمامًا كبيرًا ضمن برامجها الرامية إلى تحسين المشهد الحضري وتعزيز جودة الحياة، من خلال توفير مرافق ترفيهية متكاملة تلبي حاجات مختلف شرائح المجتمع، وتسهم في إيجاد بيئات حضرية جاذبة وآمنة.
وأضاف أن متنزّه الصفا يمثل إحدى الوجهات الترفيهية البارزة بمدينة نجران، لما يتمتع به من موقع مميز ومقومات طبيعية ومرافق متكاملة، مؤكدًا استمرار الأمانة في تنفيذ مشاريع التطوير والصيانة ورفع كفاءة المرافق العامة، بما يواكب مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030، داعيًا مرتادي المتنزّه إلى المحافظة على مرافقه العامة والإسهام في الحفاظ على مكتسباته الحضارية والبيئية.
The Al-Safa Park, located west of Najran city, is one of the most prominent parks in the region, distinguished by its unique location embraced by mountains on two sides, making it an ideal destination for residents and visitors throughout the year.
The park extends over a total area of 109,662 m², with green spaces covering 56,513 m², and it hosts 1,200 trees, shrubs, and palm trees, reflecting the interest of the Najran Municipality in enhancing vegetation cover and improving the quality of life.
The park also includes 4 play areas for children, fitness equipment, in addition to 203 decorative lighting poles that contribute to providing a safe and attractive environment for visitors, along with pathways and walkways extending over an area of 40,760 m², and comprehensive infrastructure that includes restrooms.
The park facilities include 80 seating chairs, 130 waste containers, a community center, and two playgrounds for children, in addition to a water fountain and 4 canopies, providing a comprehensive recreational experience that meets the needs of various community members.
Abdullah Al-Fadhil, the spokesperson for the Najran Municipality, explained that the municipality places great importance on the development of parks and public gardens as part of its programs aimed at improving the urban landscape and enhancing the quality of life by providing comprehensive recreational facilities that meet the needs of different segments of society and contribute to creating attractive and safe urban environments.
He added that Al-Safa Park represents one of the prominent recreational destinations in Najran city, due to its distinctive location, natural features, and comprehensive facilities, emphasizing the municipality's continued implementation of development and maintenance projects to enhance the efficiency of public facilities, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, calling on park visitors to maintain its public facilities and contribute to preserving its cultural and environmental gains.
