نظمت هيئة تطوير منطقة مكة المكرمة بمقرها، فعالية اليوم العالمي للأب تخللتها عروض حية لفنون الخط العربي حظيت بإعجاب الحضور وتفاعلهم.
وشارك الخطاط عبدالرحمن المعلم في الفعالية مقدماً عرضاً حياً لفنون الخط العربي، وخطّ المعلم أسماء منسوبي الهيئة وضيوف الفعالية بعدد من أنواع الخط العربي، إلى جانب كتابة عبارات مستوحاة من المناسبة، في لوحة فنية جسّدت جماليات الخط العربي وأصالته. وشهد الركن إقبالاً كبيراً من الزوار، الذين حرصوا على توثيق أسمائهم بخطوط عربية متنوعة، في تجربة ثقافية وفنية لاقت استحسان الجميع.
وتأتي هذه المشاركة امتداداً لحضور الخطاط عبدالرحمن المعلم في العديد من المناسبات الوطنية والفعاليات الثقافية والمهرجانات داخل المملكة، مواصلاً جهوده في التعريف بفن الخط العربي وإبراز قيمته الحضارية والجمالية، والإسهام في نشر ثقافته بين مختلف فئات المجتمع، بما يعكس مكانة هذا الفن الأصيل بوصفه أحد أبرز روافد الهوية الثقافية العربية والإسلامية.
The Development Authority of the Makkah Region organized an event for Father's Day at its headquarters, featuring live performances of Arabic calligraphy that were well-received and engaged the attendees.
Calligrapher Abdulrahman Al-Muallim participated in the event, presenting a live demonstration of Arabic calligraphy. He wrote the names of the authority's staff and guests in various styles of Arabic calligraphy, along with phrases inspired by the occasion, on an artistic panel that embodied the aesthetics and authenticity of Arabic calligraphy. The corner attracted a large number of visitors, who were eager to document their names in diverse Arabic scripts, creating a cultural and artistic experience that was appreciated by all.
This participation continues Abdulrahman Al-Muallim's presence at numerous national events, cultural activities, and festivals within the Kingdom, as he continues his efforts to promote the art of Arabic calligraphy and highlight its civilizational and aesthetic value, contributing to the dissemination of its culture among various segments of society, reflecting the status of this authentic art as one of the most prominent tributaries of Arab and Islamic cultural identity.
