شهد قصر بعبدا، اليوم (الإثنين)، زيارة رسمية لوفد ليبي رفيع المستوى، حمل رسالة من رئيس حكومة الوحدة الوطنية عبدالحميد الدبيبة إلى الرئيس اللبناني جوزيف عون، في إطار مساعٍ لإعادة تفعيل العلاقات بين بيروت وطرابلس الغرب، ومعالجة الملفات القضائية العالقة بين الجانبين.
قضية هانيبال
وقالت مصادر مطلعة إن الوفد الليبي حمل رسالة من رئيس حكومة الوحدة الوطنية لإنهاء ملف هانيبال القذافي، موضحة أن رسالة الدبيبة تتصل بهذا الملف، وتؤكد رغبة الحكومة الليبية في طيّه بشكل نهائي.
وقال وزير الدولة للاتصال والشؤون السياسية في حكومة الوحدة الوطنية الليبية، وليد اللافي، من قصر بعبدا بعد لقائه الرئيس جوزيف عون: «نقلنا إلى الرئيس تحيات رئيس حكومة الوحدة الوطنية عبدالحميد الدبيبة، وعبّرنا عن حرصنا على إعادة تفعيل العلاقات السياسية، الدبلوماسية، والقضائية بين البلدين. مضيفاً: أكدنا استعدادنا للعمل سوياً على معالجة القضايا التي قد تكون أثّرت في سرعة وسهولة التعاون، ونعتبر هذه الزيارة خطوة إيجابية نأمل أن تليها نتائج ملموسة في المرحلة القادمة».
الملفات العالقة
وشدد بالقول: ما زلنا في مرحلة البداية، لكننا لمسنا استجابة كافية من الجانب اللبناني، وحرصاً من جميع الأطراف، وعلى رأسها الرئيس جوزاف عون ورئيس البرلمان نبيه بري، على التعاون لإنجاز الملفات العالقة.
وأفادت المصادر نفسها الى أن الوفد الليبي سلّم القضاء اللبناني ملفاً يضم أوراقاً ومعطيات تتصل بملف الإمام موسى الصدر ورفيقيه، وهو حالياً قيد التداول والاطلاع على مضامينه من قبل الجهات المختصة.
The Baabda Palace witnessed, today (Monday), an official visit by a high-level Libyan delegation, which carried a message from the Prime Minister of the National Unity Government, Abdulhamid Dbeibah, to the Lebanese President Joseph Aoun, as part of efforts to reactivate relations between Beirut and Tripoli, and to address the outstanding judicial files between the two sides.
The Hannibal Case
Informed sources stated that the Libyan delegation brought a message from the Prime Minister of the National Unity Government to resolve the Hannibal Gaddafi file, clarifying that Dbeibah's message pertains to this file and confirms the Libyan government's desire to close it permanently.
Walid Al-Lafi, the Minister of State for Communication and Political Affairs in the Libyan National Unity Government, said from Baabda Palace after meeting President Joseph Aoun: “We conveyed to the President the greetings of Prime Minister Abdulhamid Dbeibah, and expressed our keenness to reactivate political, diplomatic, and judicial relations between the two countries. He added: We confirmed our readiness to work together to address the issues that may have affected the speed and ease of cooperation, and we consider this visit a positive step that we hope will be followed by tangible results in the coming phase.”
Outstanding Files
He emphasized by saying: We are still in the initial stage, but we have sensed sufficient responsiveness from the Lebanese side, and a commitment from all parties, led by President Joseph Aoun and Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri, to cooperate in resolving the outstanding files.
The same sources indicated that the Libyan delegation handed the Lebanese judiciary a file containing documents and data related to the case of Imam Musa Sadr and his companions, which is currently under review and examination by the relevant authorities.
