قصفت القوات الأوكرانية، اليوم (الخميس)، مصفاة ريازان النفطية الروسية. وبحسب هيئة الأركان العامة الأوكرانية، فإن الهجوم تسبب في حريق هائل في المحطة الحيوية للإمدادات العسكرية الروسية.
وأصابت طائرات مسيرة أوكرانية مستودع ذخيرة في منطقة بيلغورود الروسية، وذلك بعد أن أعلن حاكم منطقة ريازان الروسية بافل مالكوف اندلاع حريق في شركة بالمنطقة بعد هجوم شنته أوكرانيا بطائرات مسيرة.

وقال مالكوف عبر «تليغرام»: «اندلع حريق في محيط إحدى الشركات نتيجة سقوط حطام».
من جهة أخرى، قالت وزارة الدفاع الروسية إن قواتها أسقطت 139 طائرة مسيرة خلال الليل، منها 14 في منطقة ريازان.
وكانت وزارة الخزانة الأمريكية قد فرضت عقوبات جديدة على أكبر شركتين روسيتين للنفط، هما «روسنفت» و«لوك أويل»، في ما وصفته برد على «غياب التزام روسيا الجاد بعملية السلام لإنهاء الحرب في أوكرانيا».
عقوبات أمريكية على روسيا
وقالت وزارة الخزانة الأمريكية إن الخطوة تهدف إلى زيادة الضغط على قطاع الطاقة الروسي، وتقويض قدرة الكرملين على جمع الإيرادات لتمويل آلة الحرب، ودعم الاقتصاد المتضرر.
وقال وزير الخزانة الأمريكي سكوت بيسنت إن الوقت حان لوقف القتل، وإعلان وقف فوري لإطلاق النار، مشيراً إلى أن رفض الرئيس فلاديمير بوتين إنهاء هذه الحرب العبثية دفع الوزارة إلى فرض عقوبات على أكبر شركتين تمولان آلة الحرب الروسية.
وأضاف: «وزارة الخزانة مستعدة لاتخاذ مزيد من الإجراءات إذا لزم الأمر لدعم جهود الرئيس دونالد ترمب لإنهاء حرب أخرى، وندعو حلفاءنا للانضمام إلى هذه العقوبات والالتزام بها».
The Ukrainian forces shelled the Russian Ryazan oil refinery today (Thursday). According to the Ukrainian General Staff, the attack caused a massive fire at the vital supply station for Russian military supplies.
Ukrainian drones struck an ammunition depot in the Russian Belgorod region, after the governor of the Russian Ryazan region, Pavel Malikov, announced a fire at a company in the area following an attack by Ukraine using drones.

Malikov stated via Telegram: "A fire broke out in the vicinity of one of the companies due to falling debris."
On the other hand, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that its forces shot down 139 drones overnight, including 14 in the Ryazan region.
The U.S. Treasury Department had imposed new sanctions on the two largest Russian oil companies, "Rosneft" and "Lukoil," in what it described as a response to "Russia's lack of serious commitment to the peace process to end the war in Ukraine."
U.S. Sanctions on Russia
The U.S. Treasury Department stated that the move aims to increase pressure on the Russian energy sector, undermining the Kremlin's ability to generate revenue to fund its war machine and support the struggling economy.
U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Pruitt said it is time to stop the killing and declare an immediate ceasefire, noting that President Vladimir Putin's refusal to end this senseless war prompted the department to impose sanctions on the two largest funders of the Russian war machine.
He added: "The Treasury Department is prepared to take further action if necessary to support President Donald Trump's efforts to end another war, and we call on our allies to join and adhere to these sanctions."
