فيما لا يزال الاتفاق «على كفّ عفريت»، أعلن الرئيس المصري عبدالفتاح السيسي، اليوم (الأحد)، أن مصر ستستضيف في نوفمبر 2025 مؤتمراً دولياً لإعادة إعمار قطاع غزة.
واستعرض السيسي خلال حضوره فعاليات الندوة التثقيفية الـ42 التي تنظمها القوات المسلحة، في إطار احتفالات مصر بـ«الذكرى الـ52 لنصر أكتوبر المجيد»، بمركز المنارة للمؤتمرات الدولية، الجهود المصرية المكثفة على مدار العامين الماضيين لوقف الحرب في قطاع غزة، وإدخال المساعدات الإنسانية، وإطلاق سراح الرهائن والأسرى، وهو المسار الذي تُوّج بالتوصل إلى اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار، وعقد قمة السلام بمدينة شرم الشيخ.
السيسي يطالب المصريين بالمساهمة
ووجّه الرئيس المصري الشكر لنظيره الأمريكي دونالد ترمب على جهوده في دعم مساعي وقف الحرب، موضحاً أن مصر ستستضيف في نوفمبر 2025 مؤتمراً دولياً لإعادة إعمار قطاع غزة.
ودعا السيسي الشعب المصري إلى المساهمة الفاعلة في جهود الإعمار، تعبيراً عن التضامن والمسؤولية والمحبة تجاه الأشقاء الفلسطينيين.
وكلف السيسي رئيس مجلس الوزراء بالتنسيق مع مؤسسات المجتمع المدني والجهات المعنية بالدولة لدراسة إنشاء آلية وطنية لجمع مساهمات وتبرعات المواطنين في إطار تمويل عملية إعادة إعمار قطاع غزة.
من جهة أخرى، أكدت مصادر طبيبة فلسطينية، مقتل 32 مدنياً في غارات إسرائيلية على مناطق عدة بالقطاع منذ صباح اليوم، لكن مستشفى العودة قال إن 18 فلسطينياً قتلوا وأصيب أكثر من 50 آخرين في غارات إسرائيلية على مخيمي النصيرات والبريج وسط القطاع.
خسائر الاحتلال في غزة
من جهته، أعلن الجيش الإسرائيلي مقتل ضابط وجندي في معارك رفح (جنوبي قطاع غزة) موضحاً أن هناك أيضاً جنديا آخر مصاباً، وجميع القتلى والجرحى يتبعون كتيبة 932 في لواء ناحال.
ونقل موقع «أكسيوس» عن مسؤولين إسرائيليين قولهم إنه تم التراجع عن قرار إغلاق المعابر بعد ضغوط من إدارة ترمب، موضحين أنه سيعاد فتح المعابر ويُستأنف إيصال المساعدات صباح غد.
غير أن القناة 12 الإسرائيلية نقلت عن مصدر أمني قوله: لا داعي للقلق بشأن الاتفاق فإسرائيل لا تريد انهيار وقف إطلاق النار، مضيفاً: حدث خرق لوقف إطلاق النار وتم الرد عليه وسيستمر هذا إذا انتهكت «حماس» الاتفاق، وهو ما تنفيه «حماس» التي تؤكد أن إسرائيل هي من خرقت الاتفاق.
While the agreement is still "on the edge," Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi announced today (Sunday) that Egypt will host an international conference for the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip in November 2025.
During his attendance at the 42nd educational seminar organized by the armed forces, as part of Egypt's celebrations of the "52nd anniversary of the glorious October victory," at the Al-Manara International Conference Center, Sisi reviewed Egypt's intensive efforts over the past two years to stop the war in Gaza, deliver humanitarian aid, and release hostages and prisoners. This path culminated in reaching a ceasefire agreement and holding a peace summit in Sharm El-Sheikh.
Sisi Calls on Egyptians to Contribute
The Egyptian president thanked his American counterpart Donald Trump for his efforts in supporting the ceasefire initiatives, clarifying that Egypt will host an international conference for the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip in November 2025.
Sisi urged the Egyptian people to actively contribute to reconstruction efforts, expressing solidarity, responsibility, and love towards their Palestinian brothers.
Sisi tasked the Prime Minister with coordinating with civil society institutions and relevant state bodies to study the establishment of a national mechanism for collecting contributions and donations from citizens to finance the reconstruction process in Gaza.
On another note, Palestinian medical sources confirmed the death of 32 civilians in Israeli airstrikes on several areas in the Strip since this morning, but Al-Awda Hospital reported that 18 Palestinians were killed and more than 50 others were injured in Israeli airstrikes on the Al-Nuseirat and Al-Bureij camps in the central Strip.
Israeli Losses in Gaza
For its part, the Israeli army announced the death of an officer and a soldier in battles in Rafah (southern Gaza Strip), clarifying that there is also another injured soldier, and all the dead and wounded belong to Battalion 932 in the Nahal Brigade.
The Axios website quoted Israeli officials as saying that the decision to close the crossings was reversed after pressure from the Trump administration, explaining that the crossings will be reopened and the delivery of aid will resume tomorrow morning.
However, Channel 12 reported an unnamed security source saying: There is no need to worry about the agreement as Israel does not want the ceasefire to collapse, adding: A violation of the ceasefire occurred and was responded to, and this will continue if "Hamas" violates the agreement, which "Hamas" denies, asserting that Israel is the one that breached the agreement.
