في محاولة لانتشال بلاده من أزمتها السياسية المستمرة، كشف الرئيس الفرنسي إيمانويل ماكرون اليوم (الأحد) عن شكل الحكومة الجديدة برئاسة سيباستيان لوكورنو.
وبعد نحو شهر من تعيين لوكورنو -الذي يعد سابع رئيس وزراء في عهد ماكرون- عُيّن الرئيس الفرنسي برونو لو مير الذي شغل منصب وزير الاقتصاد بين عامي 2017 و2024 وزيراً للدفاع، كما عين رولان ليسكيور وزيراً للاقتصاد، في مهمة صعبة تتعلق بإعداد خطة الموازنة.
الوزراء الباقون في مناصبهم
احتفظ عدد من الوزراء الرئيسيين بمناصبهم، ومنهم جان نويل بارو الذي ظل وزيراً للخارجية، وبرونو ريتايو المعروف بتعهده بمواجهة الهجرة غير الشرعية احتفظ بمنصبه وزيراً للداخلية.
وبقي جيرالد دارمانان وزيراً للعدل، واحتفظت أيضاً رشيدة داتي بحقيبة وزارة الثقافة مع أنها تواجه محاكمة بتهم فساد العام القادم.
ورغم الانقسام وإمكانية إسقاط هذه الحكومة من قبل المعارضة في ظل البرلمان المنقسم بشدة، والجمود سياسي منذ أن قرر ماكرون إجراء انتخابات مبكرة منتصف العام الماضي في محاولة لتعزيز سلطته، إلا أن المساعي مستمرة من قبل الرئيس الفرنسي لاستعادة زمام الأمور وإخراج بلاده ومن واقعها المتأزم.
الأزمة السياسية
وكان اثنان من أسلاف لوكورنو المباشرين، فرنسوا بايرو وميشال بارنييه، قد أُقيلا إثر مواجهة تشريعية حول موازنة التقشف الفرنسية، ومن المقرر أن يلقي لوكورنو خطاب السياسة العامة أمام البرلمان الثلاثاء، في وقت هددت عدة أحزاب يسارية بتقديم اقتراح بحجب الثقة عن حكومته.
In an attempt to pull his country out of its ongoing political crisis, French President Emmanuel Macron revealed today (Sunday) the shape of the new government headed by Sébastien Lecornu.
After nearly a month since Lecornu's appointment - who is the seventh Prime Minister under Macron - French President Bruno Le Maire, who served as Minister of Economy from 2017 to 2024, was appointed Minister of Defense, while Roland Lescure was appointed Minister of Economy, facing a challenging task related to preparing the budget plan.
Remaining Ministers in Their Positions
Several key ministers retained their positions, including Jean-Noël Barrot, who remained Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Bruno Retailleau, known for his commitment to combating illegal immigration, who kept his position as Minister of the Interior.
Gérald Darmanin remained Minister of Justice, and Rachida Dati also retained the Ministry of Culture despite facing trial on corruption charges next year.
Despite the division and the possibility of this government being brought down by the opposition in a severely divided parliament, and the political stalemate since Macron decided to hold early elections in mid-last year in an attempt to strengthen his authority, efforts continue by the French president to regain control and pull his country out of its troubled reality.
The Political Crisis
Two of Lecornu's immediate predecessors, François Bayrou and Michel Barnier, were dismissed following a legislative confrontation over the French austerity budget, and Lecornu is scheduled to deliver a general policy speech before parliament on Tuesday, at a time when several leftist parties have threatened to propose a vote of no confidence in his government.
