في ثاني جريمة هزت اليمن بأكمله، أقدم قيادي حوثي في محافظة ريمة على قتل زوجته والتمثيل بجثتها، عبر تقطيعها إلى أشلاء والتخلص من بعض أعضائها بمشاركة عصابة تعمل معه ويُشتبه في تورطها بتجارة الأعضاء البشرية.
التمثيل بالجثة
وأفاد حقوقيون يمنيون أن المعين من قبل الحوثيين نائباً لمدير عام القيادة والسيطرة بمحافظة ريمة عبده إبراهيم جريد، قتل زوجته حسناء محمد علي صغير الشامي (17 عاماً)، بطريقة مروّعة لم يألفها أبناء المنطقة، مبينين أن الجاني الذي لم يمضِ على زواجه من الضحية سوى فترة وجيزة، أقدم على تقطيع جثتها وإحراق أجزاء منها، قبل أن يتخلص من بقية الأشلاء برميها في منطقة شاحط، بمشاركة عصابة يُشتبه في تورطها بتجارة الأعضاء البشرية.
وذكرت الشبكة اليمنية للحقوق والحريات أن جريد استقدم زوجته من مديرية بلاد الطعام إلى مقر عمله في مدينة الجبين، مركز محافظة ريمة، رغم أن زواجه منها لم يمضِ عليه سوى فترة قصيرة ليرتكب فعلته الشنيعة ويخفي أعضاءها بعد تقطيعها لثلاثة أيام، موضحة أن ما جرى اعتداء صارخ على الحق في الحياة، وإرهاب منظم يستهدف السلم الأهلي والتماسك الاجتماعي.
ارتفاع غير مسبوق للعنف الأسري
وكشفت الشبكة عن ارتفاع غير مسبوق خلال العام الحالي في مناطق الحوثي للعنف الأسري، مبنية أن فرقها سجلت خلال النصف الأول من العام الحالي نحو 123 جريمة قتل أقارب، و46 إصابة في 14 محافظة يمنية، محملة المجتمع الدولي والأمم المتحدة مسؤولية «الصمت المقلق» إزاء هذه الانتهاكات، ودعت إلى تحرك عاجل لحماية المدنيين ووقف الجرائم المنظمة بحق النساء والأسر في اليمن.
حماية حوثية للجناة
ولقيت الجريمة التي جاءت بعد أقل من يومين من انتحار مدرسة بسبب ابتزازها بصورها من قبل مشرف حوثي في مديرية المنيرة شمال محافظة الحديدة، مما زاد من حالة الذهول في ظل انتشار جرائم القيادات الحوثية.
ويرفض الحوثيون الذين فر إليهم الجاني تسليمه للقضاء، وسط مطالبات من جميع أبناء محافظة ريمة الذين يشددون على تسليم الجاني والكشف عن شركائه وإحالتهم إلى القضاء، مع ضمان محاكمة علنية تعلن نتائجها للرأي العام وإنزال أقسى العقوبات بحق المتورطين.
يذكر أن المشرف الحوثي المتورط في انتحار المدرسة أطلقته قيادات حوثية من السجن ووفروا لهه حماية، رغم احتجاجات ومطالبات أسرة الضحية بالقبض عليه.

Yemeni human rights activists reported that the appointee by the Houthis as Deputy Director of Operations and Control in Rima, Abdu Ibrahim Jarid, killed his wife, Hasna Muhammad Ali Saghir Al-Shami (17 years old), in a horrific manner that the people of the area had never witnessed. They indicated that the perpetrator, who had been married to the victim for only a short period, dismembered her body and burned parts of it before disposing of the remaining body parts by throwing them in the Shahat area, with the help of a gang suspected of being involved in human organ trafficking.
The Yemeni Network for Rights and Freedoms reported that Jarid brought his wife from the Al-Balad Al-Ta’am Directorate to his workplace in Al-Jabin city, the center of Rima Governorate, despite their marriage being very recent, to commit his heinous act and hide her organs after dismembering her for three days. It clarified that what occurred is a blatant violation of the right to life and organized terrorism targeting civil peace and social cohesion.
Unprecedented Rise in Domestic Violence
The network revealed an unprecedented rise in domestic violence in Houthi-controlled areas during the current year, stating that its teams recorded approximately 123 cases of murder among relatives and 46 injuries in 14 Yemeni governorates during the first half of this year. It held the international community and the United Nations responsible for the "alarming silence" regarding these violations and called for urgent action to protect civilians and stop the organized crimes against women and families in Yemen.
Houthi Protection for the Perpetrators
The crime, which occurred less than two days after a teacher committed suicide due to being blackmailed with her photos by a Houthi supervisor in the Al-Munirah Directorate north of Al-Hudaydah Governorate, increased the shock in light of the prevalence of crimes by Houthi leaders.
The Houthis, to whom the perpetrator fled, refuse to hand him over to the judiciary, amidst demands from all the people of Rima Governorate who insist on handing over the perpetrator and revealing his accomplices and referring them to the judiciary, with a guarantee of a public trial that announces its results to the public and imposes the harshest penalties on those involved.
It is worth mentioning that the Houthi supervisor involved in the teacher's suicide was released from prison by Houthi leaders, who provided him protection despite protests and demands from the victim's family for his arrest.
