تمكّن مشروع مركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة والأعمال الإنسانية «مسام» لتطهير الأراضي اليمنية من الألغام خلال الأسبوع الخامس من أغسطس 2025، من انتزاع 968 لغما في مختلف مناطق اليمن، منها 4 ألغام مضادة للأفراد، و32 لغما مضادا للدبابات، و925 ذخيرة غير منفجرة، و7 عبوات ناسفة.
وتمكَّن فريق «مسام» في مديرية عدن بمحافظة عدن من انتزاع 572 ذخيرة غير منفجرة، وفي محافظة الحديدة انتزع الفريق ذخيرة واحدة غير منفجرة و4 عبوات ناسفة في مديرية حيس، ولغما واحدا مضادا للدبابات في مديرية الخوخة، وفي مديرية خب الشعب بمحافظة الجوف انتزع الفريق 10 ألغام مضادة للدبابات، وفي محافظة لحج انتزع فريق «مسام» ذخيرتين غير منفجرتين بمديرية تبن، وذخيرة واحدة غير منفجرة بمديرية طور الباحة، وفي محافظة مأرب انتزع الفريق لغما واحدا مضادا للدبابات وذخيرة واحدة غير منفجرة بمديرية رغوان، و3 ألغام مضادة للأفراد و3 عبوات ناسفة في مديرية حريب، و15 لغما مضادا للدبابات و311 ذخيرة غير منفجرة في مديرية مأرب.
وفي محافظة شبوة انتزع الفريق 4 ألغام مضادة للدبابات وذخيرة واحدة غير منفجرة بمديرية عسيلان، و3 ذخائر غير منفجرة في مديرية عين، وفي محافظة تعز انتزع الفريق 15 ذخيرة غير منفجرة بمديرية ذباب، ولغما واحدا مضادا للدبابات و18 ذخيرة غير منفجرة في مديرية المخاء، وانتزع الفريق لغما واحدا مضادا للأفراد بمديرية المظفر.
وبذلك ارتفع عدد الألغام المنزوعة خلال أغسطس إلى 4735 لغما، فيما ارتفع عدد الألغام المنزوعة منذ بداية مشروع «مسام» حتى الآن إلى 512323 لغما، بعد أن زُرعت عشوائيّا في مختلف الأراضي اليمنية لحصد الأرواح البريئة من الأطفال والنساء وكبار السن، وزرع الخوف في قلوب الآمنين.
The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center's "Masam" project for clearing Yemeni lands from mines managed to remove 968 mines in various regions of Yemen during the fifth week of August 2025, including 4 anti-personnel mines, 32 anti-tank mines, 925 unexploded ordnance, and 7 explosive devices.
The "Masam" team in the Aden Directorate of Aden Governorate managed to remove 572 unexploded ordnance, while in Al Hudaydah Governorate, the team removed one unexploded ordnance and 4 explosive devices in Al Hays Directorate, and one anti-tank mine in Al Khawkhah Directorate. In the Khabb wa ash Sha'af Directorate of Al Jawf Governorate, the team removed 10 anti-tank mines. In Lahij Governorate, the "Masam" team removed two unexploded ordnance in the Tuban Directorate and one unexploded ordnance in the Tor Al-Bahah Directorate. In Marib Governorate, the team removed one anti-tank mine and one unexploded ordnance in the Raghwan Directorate, 3 anti-personnel mines and 3 explosive devices in the Harib Directorate, and 15 anti-tank mines and 311 unexploded ordnance in the Marib Directorate.
In Shabwa Governorate, the team removed 4 anti-tank mines and one unexploded ordnance in the Aysilan Directorate, and 3 unexploded ordnance in the Ayn Directorate. In Taiz Governorate, the team removed 15 unexploded ordnance in the Dhubab Directorate, one anti-tank mine and 18 unexploded ordnance in the Al Mukha Directorate, and one anti-personnel mine in the Al-Mudhaffar Directorate.
Thus, the total number of mines removed in August rose to 4,735, while the total number of mines removed since the beginning of the "Masam" project until now has reached 512,323 mines, which were randomly planted in various Yemeni lands to claim the innocent lives of children, women, and the elderly, and to instill fear in the hearts of the secure.
