أصدر الرئيس السوري أحمد الشرع، أمس (الثلاثاء)، مرسوما يقضي باستحداث وزارة جديدة باسم «وزارة الطاقة» وتتمتع بالشخصية الاعتبارية والاستقلال المالي والإداري، ويقع مقرها في دمشق.
وبحسب المرسوم، فقد تم دمج كل من وزارة النفط والثروة المعدنية، ووزارة الكهرباء، ووزارة الموارد المائية في الوزارة الجديدة، سعيا إلى تحقيق التكامل بينها وتحسين الأداء وتقديم الخدمات الأساسية بشكل أمثل.
وستتولى الوزارة الجديدة كل المهمات والاختصاصات التي كانت مقررة للوزارات السابقة، مع توحيد أملاكها وميزانياتها، والحفاظ على حقوق العاملين فيها.
The Syrian President Ahmad al-Shara issued a decree yesterday (Tuesday) to establish a new ministry called the "Ministry of Energy," which enjoys legal personality and financial and administrative independence, with its headquarters located in Damascus.
According to the decree, the Ministry of Oil and Mineral Resources, the Ministry of Electricity, and the Ministry of Water Resources have been merged into the new ministry, in an effort to achieve integration among them, improve performance, and optimally provide essential services.
The new ministry will assume all the tasks and responsibilities that were assigned to the previous ministries, while unifying their assets and budgets, and preserving the rights of their employees.
