ناقش مجلس الشورى الإيراني، اليوم (الثلاثاء)، قرار الترويكا الأوروبية (فرنسا، وألمانيا، وبريطانيا)، مخاطر تفعيل «آلية الزناد»، والتي تسمح بإعادة فرض العقوبات على إيران، دون تصويت بمجلس الأمن وذلك بعد استماعهم لتقرير وزير الطاقة بشأن اختلالات توازن الطاقة في البلاد.
واتهم المتحدث باسم الخارجية الإيرانية إسماعيل بقائي، اليوم، الترويكا الأوروبية بأنها بدأت عملية تفعيل العقوبات بناءً على رغبة إسرائيل وأمريكا، معبراً أن القرار بلا أساس قانوني.
وأوضح بقائي أن الأوروبيين يضغطون عليها من أجل قبول المطالب الأمريكية، مبيناً أن واشنطن لا تظهر حسن النية، وتسعى إلى فرض الضغوط غير القانونية على طهران، على حد تعبيره.
وشدد المتحدث باسم الخارجية الإيرانية أنه لا صلاحية قانونية للترويكا الأوروبية من أجل تفعيل آلية إعادة العقوبات، مضيفاً أن روسيا والصين تتفقان مع إيران في هذا الموقف.
وقال بقائي: طهران لم تتخذ قراراً بعد بشأن مواصلة المفاوضات مع الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية، مبيناً أن جولتي التفاوض بين إيران والوكالة الدولية لم تسفرا عن نتيجة نهائية، ولا يوجد حالياً أي مفتش من الوكالة داخل البلاد.
وأفصح عن دخول مفتشين اثنين من الوكالة جرى حصراً من أجل تحميل وقود مفاعل بوشهر النووي وفي إطار اللوائح الدولية، لضمان استمرار عمل المحطة.
وكان وزير الخارجية الإيراني، عباس عراقجي، ندد بقرار الترويكا وذلك في رسالة مشتركة مع نظيره الصيني والروسي نشرتها وزارة الخارجية الإيرانية، مبنياً أن خطة العمل الشاملة المشتركة جزء لا يتجزأ من القرار 2231، ولا يمكن للدول الأوروبية الثلاث الانسحاب من خطة العمل الشاملة المشتركة دون استكمال آلية تسوية النزاعات.

The Iranian Shura Council discussed today (Tuesday) the decision of the European troika (France, Germany, and Britain) regarding the risks of activating the "snapback mechanism," which allows for the re-imposition of sanctions on Iran without a vote in the Security Council, after listening to a report from the Minister of Energy about the imbalances in the country's energy balance.
The Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman, Ismail Baqaei, accused the European troika today of starting the process of activating sanctions based on the wishes of Israel and the United States, expressing that the decision has no legal basis.
Baqaei clarified that the Europeans are pressuring Iran to accept American demands, indicating that Washington is not showing goodwill and is seeking to impose illegal pressures on Tehran, according to his statement.
The Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman emphasized that the European troika has no legal authority to activate the mechanism for re-imposing sanctions, adding that Russia and China agree with Iran on this position.
Baqaei stated that Tehran has not yet made a decision regarding the continuation of negotiations with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), pointing out that the rounds of negotiations between Iran and the agency have not yielded a final result, and there is currently no inspector from the agency inside the country.
He revealed that two inspectors from the agency entered exclusively to load fuel for the Bushehr nuclear reactor and within the framework of international regulations, to ensure the continued operation of the plant.
The Iranian Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, condemned the troika's decision in a joint message with his Chinese and Russian counterparts published by the Iranian Foreign Ministry, stating that the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action is an integral part of Resolution 2231, and the three European countries cannot withdraw from the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action without completing the dispute resolution mechanism.
