أعلن وزير الخارجية الروسي سيرغي لافروف أنه لا توجد أية ترتيبات حتى الآن لعقد اجتماع بين الرئيس فلاديمير بوتين ونظيره الأوكراني فولوديمير زيلينسكي.
وقال في تصريح اليوم (الجمعة): «إن أجندة القمة بين الرئيسين ليست جاهزة»، مضيفاً أن «بوتين مستعد للقاء زيلينسكي فقط بعد تحديد أجندة النقاش». واتهم لافروف أوكرانيا بأنها تعيق التقدم نحو اتفاق سلام وليس روسيا.
وشدد وزير الخارجية على أن زيلينسكي قال «لا» لكل المبادئ الضرورية للتسوية السلمية، فيما وافقت روسيا على إبداء مرونة بشأن نقاط نوقشت مع الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب. ولفت إلى أن زيلينسكي يرفض إلغاء التشريعات التي تحظر اللغة الروسية.
وكان الرئيس الأوكراني أفاد أمس (الخميس) بأنه يمكن أن يلتقي الرئيس الروسي فقط بعد حصوله على ضمانات أمنية من شأنها ردع أي عدوان روسي على بلاده في المستقبل.
وقال زيلينسكي في تصريحات للصحفيين: «نريد التوصل إلى تفاهم بشأن هيكلية الضمانات الأمنية خلال 7 إلى 10 أيام، وبناء على هذا التفاهم، نهدف إلى عقد اجتماع ثلاثي مع الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب». ولفت إلى أن سويسرا والنمسا وتركيا قد تكون أحد الأماكن لاستضافة المحادثات، مستبعداً المجر، المقربة من الكرملين.
ورأى زيلينسكي أن روسيا تسعى إلى التنصل من ضرورة عقد اجتماع مع بوتين لوضع حد للحرب. وقال في مداخلته اليومية على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي: «إن الإشارات التي ترسلها روسيا حالياً غير لائقة، إنهم يحاولون التنصل من ضرورة عقد اجتماع».
وأعلنت المجر استعدادها لاستضافة محادثات سلام محتملة بين أوكرانيا وروسيا مقدمة نفسها على أنها الدولة الوحيدة في أوروبا التي تحافظ على علاقات جيدة مع كل من ترمب وبوتين.
ووافق بوتين على مبدأ لقاء مع نظيره الأوكراني بعدما رفض ذلك في السابق، ولكن من دون تحديد مكان الاجتماع أو موعده.

He pointed out that Switzerland, Austria, and Turkey could be potential venues for hosting the talks, excluding Hungary, which is close to the Kremlin.
