ثمن سفير دولة فلسطين لدى المملكة العربية السعودية مازن غنيم، الموقف الثابت للمملكة العربية السعودية تجاه القضية الفلسطينية، والذي أكد عليه وزير الإعلام السعودي أمس بتاريخ 19/8/2025 في تصريحاته عقب جلسة مجلس الوزراء بشأن رفض المملكة القاطع لما يُسمّى «رؤية إسرائيل الكبرى» ومشاريع الاحتلال التوسعية والاستيطانية.
وبناء على هذا الموقف السعودي الواضح، عبّر السفير غنيم عن تقدير فلسطين العميق للدعم الثابت للمملكة بقيادتها وشعبها في مواجهة أي محاولات لتصفية الحقوق الفلسطينية أو التوسع الاستيطاني على حساب الأراضي الفلسطينية.
وشدّد السفير الفلسطيني لدى المملكة على أن مخططات الاحتلال، بما تتضمنه من أطماع توسعية من النيل إلى الفرات، تُشكّل تهديداً مباشراً للأمن القومي العربي واستقرار المنطقة، وتتعارض مع قرارات الشرعية الدولية والقانون الدولي الإنساني والمواثيق والمعاهدات ذات العلاقة.
وأكد السفير غنيم أن المملكة، بقيادة خادم الحرمين الشريفين وولي عهده الأمين، وحكومتها وشعبها، مستمرة في دعم الحقوق الفلسطينية المشروعة، بما في ذلك إقامة دولة فلسطين المستقلة ذات السيادة على حدود الرابع من يونيو 1967، وعاصمتها القدس الشرقية، لافتاً إلى أن القيادة السعودية تولي اهتماماً كبيراً بالقضية الفلسطينية في كافة المحافل الدولية، وأن هذا الدعم يشكل ركيزة أساسية لمواجهة أي محاولات لتغيير الحقائق على الأرض أو تهميش الحقوق الوطنية الفلسطينية.
The Ambassador of the State of Palestine to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Mazen Ghuneim, praised the steadfast position of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia regarding the Palestinian issue, which was emphasized by the Saudi Minister of Information yesterday, on 19/8/2025, in his statements following the Cabinet session regarding the Kingdom's firm rejection of what is called the "Greater Israel Vision" and the expansionist and settlement projects of the occupation.
Based on this clear Saudi position, Ambassador Ghuneim expressed Palestine's deep appreciation for the Kingdom's consistent support, led by its leadership and people, in facing any attempts to liquidate Palestinian rights or expand settlements at the expense of Palestinian lands.
The Palestinian ambassador to the Kingdom stressed that the occupation's plans, which include expansionist ambitions from the Nile to the Euphrates, pose a direct threat to Arab national security and regional stability, and contradict international legitimacy, international humanitarian law, and relevant charters and treaties.
Ambassador Ghuneim confirmed that the Kingdom, under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his trustworthy Crown Prince, along with its government and people, continues to support the legitimate Palestinian rights, including the establishment of an independent sovereign State of Palestine on the borders of June 4, 1967, with East Jerusalem as its capital. He pointed out that the Saudi leadership places great importance on the Palestinian issue in all international forums, and that this support constitutes a fundamental pillar in confronting any attempts to change the facts on the ground or marginalize Palestinian national rights.
