أعلن نواب وشخصيات سياسية في لبنان، اليوم (الثلاثاء)، عزمهم تقديم شكوى ضد الأمين العام لـ«حزب الله» نعيم قاسم، أمام القضاء والنيابة العامة بسبب تصريحاته التي وصفوها بـ«المثيرة للنعرات الطائفية» والتي تعرض البلاد لخطر الحرب الأهلية.
وأكد النواب والشخصيات اللبنانية وممثلون عن أحزاب «الجبهة السيادية» بعد اجتماع طارئ اليوم، في الأشرفية ببيروت، أنهم ناقشوا التصريحات الأخيرة لنعيم قاسم، التي قالوا إنها «لامست حدود تعريض لبنان لحرب أهلية وإثارة النعرات الطائفية»، موضحين في بيان أن السكوت عما يقترفه قاسم وتنظيمه المسلح سوف يعرض اللبنانيين للخطر الداهم.
وقال البيان: «في لحظة مصيرية من تاريخ لبنان وفي خضم أكبر عملية تحرر من التدخلات التي طالت لعقود وأثقلت بلادنا وأنزلت باللبنانيين كل أنواع القمع والاغتيالات، وفي ظل عهد واعد مع رئيس البلاد السيادي بامتياز، ورئيس حكومة شجاع بامتياز، وحكومة قررت إنهاء الحالة الشاذة لفلتان السلاح من خلال تنظيم مسلح، أطل علينا نعيم قاسم بسلسلة من التصريحات التي هدد خلالها الشعب اللبناني برمته، معرضاً لبنان واللبنانيين للخطر القاتل»، مضيفاً: «قرر المجتمعون اللجوء الى القضاء اللبناني كي يتحرك فورا تجاه المشكو منه وقبل فوات الأوان».
وأشارت الشخصيات السياسية إلى أنهم سيقومون بالتقدم بشكوى أمام النيابة العامة التمييزية، موضحين أن هذه الشكوى ستكون ضد نعيم قاسم وكل من يظهرة التحقيق واتخاذ الاجراءات القضائية بحقه.
وكان أمين عام «حزب الله» قد قال (الجمعة) إن قرار الحكومة اللبنانية تجريد الحزب من سلاحه قد يؤدي إلى حرب أهلية، مؤكداً أن الحزب مستعدّ لخوض معركة للحفاظ على سلاحه.
ولفت إلى أن الحكومة اللبنانية اتخذت قراراً خطيراً جداً خالفت فيه ميثاق العيش المشترك، معتبراً أنها تعرض البلاد لأزمة كبيرة.
Members of parliament and political figures in Lebanon announced today (Tuesday) their intention to file a complaint against the Secretary-General of "Hezbollah," Naeem Qassem, before the judiciary and the public prosecutor due to his statements, which they described as "inciting sectarian tensions" and putting the country at risk of civil war.
The Lebanese MPs and figures, along with representatives from the "Sovereign Front" parties, confirmed after an emergency meeting today in Ashrafieh, Beirut, that they discussed Naeem Qassem's recent statements, which they said "touched the limits of exposing Lebanon to civil war and inciting sectarian tensions." They clarified in a statement that silence regarding Qassem's actions and his armed organization would expose the Lebanese to imminent danger.
The statement read: "At a critical moment in Lebanon's history and amidst the largest liberation process from interventions that have lasted for decades and burdened our country, subjecting the Lebanese to all forms of oppression and assassinations, and in light of a promising era with a president who is sovereign par excellence, a courageous prime minister, and a government that has decided to end the abnormal situation of armed chaos through an armed organization, Naeem Qassem has emerged with a series of statements that threatened the entire Lebanese people, exposing Lebanon and the Lebanese to deadly danger." It added: "The attendees decided to resort to the Lebanese judiciary to take immediate action against the complaint before it is too late."
The political figures indicated that they would file a complaint before the public prosecutor, clarifying that this complaint would be against Naeem Qassem and anyone else identified by the investigation, taking legal action against them.
The Secretary-General of "Hezbollah" had stated (on Friday) that the Lebanese government's decision to disarm the party could lead to a civil war, asserting that the party is prepared to fight to maintain its weapons.
He pointed out that the Lebanese government made a very dangerous decision that violated the covenant of shared living, considering that it exposes the country to a major crisis.
