أكدت مصادرة مصرية مطلعة على سير مفاوضات وقف إطلاق النار في قطاع غزة، أن حركة حماس وافقت على المقترح الذي قدّمه الوسطاء من مصر وقطر للتوصل لصفقة لوقف الحرب في غزة، موضحة أن المقترح الجديد يتضمن مسارًا للوصول إلى اتفاق شامل لإنهاء الحرب.
وأوضحت المصادر أن المقترح يتضمن وقفًا مؤقتًا للعمليات العسكرية لمدة 60 يومًا، ويتضمن إطلاق 10 محتجزين أحياء ونصف عدد جثامين الأسرى الإسرائيليين البالغ عددهم 36 بواقع 18 جثماناً، وذلك وفقاً لما أفادت به قناة القاهرة الإخبارية.
كما يتضمن المقترح الجديد إعادة تموضع القوات الإسرائيلية لإتاحة المجال لدخول المساعدات بشكل يلبي احتياجات قطاع غزة المحاصر، وإعادة انتشار القوات الإسرائيلية لمناطق محاذية للحدود لتسهيل حركة دخول المساعدات.
وأشارت المصادر المصرية إلى أنه سيتم خلال مدة 60 يومًا تبادل عدد من الأسرى الفلسطينيين مقابل نصف عدد المحتجزين الإسرائيليين، وأن المقترح يتضمن البدء من اليوم الأول في مناقشة الموضوعات المتعلقة بالصفقة الشاملة أو الوقف الدائم.
وذكرت المصادر المصرية أن حركة حماس تعتبر المقترح بداية الطريق للحل الشامل وحماية سكان قطاع غزة من التصعيد العسكري، وأن المقترح أفضل الخيارات المتاحة لحماية سكان قطاع غزة.
وتشهد غزة أزمة إنسانية غير مسبوقة منذ اندلاع الحرب في أكتوبر 2023، إذ تسببت العمليات العسكرية الإسرائيلية في مقتل أكثر من 62,000 فلسطيني معظمهم من المدنيين، وفقاً لوزارة الصحة في القطاع التي تعتبر الأمم المتحدة أرقامها موثوقة.
كما أدى الحصار المشدّد إلى نقص حاد في الغذاء، الماء، الدواء، والوقود، مما دفع الأمم المتحدة ومنظمات إغاثة دولية إلى تحذيرات من مجاعة وشيكة، كما نزح أكثر من 1.9 مليون شخص داخل القطاع، ودمرت البنية التحتية بشكل شبه كامل، بما في ذلك المستشفيات والمدارس وشبكات المياه.
Informed Egyptian sources on the progress of the ceasefire negotiations in the Gaza Strip confirmed that Hamas has agreed to the proposal put forward by mediators from Egypt and Qatar to reach a deal to stop the war in Gaza, indicating that the new proposal includes a pathway to reach a comprehensive agreement to end the war.
The sources clarified that the proposal includes a temporary halt to military operations for 60 days, and involves the release of 10 living detainees and half of the bodies of the Israeli prisoners, which number 36, amounting to 18 bodies, according to what was reported by Al-Qahira News Channel.
The new proposal also includes the repositioning of Israeli forces to allow for the entry of aid in a manner that meets the needs of the besieged Gaza Strip, and the redeployment of Israeli forces to areas adjacent to the borders to facilitate the movement of aid into the region.
The Egyptian sources indicated that during the 60-day period, a number of Palestinian prisoners will be exchanged for half the number of Israeli detainees, and that the proposal includes starting from the first day to discuss topics related to the comprehensive deal or a permanent ceasefire.
The Egyptian sources mentioned that Hamas considers the proposal a starting point for a comprehensive solution and for protecting the residents of the Gaza Strip from military escalation, and that the proposal is the best available option to protect the residents of Gaza.
The Gaza Strip is experiencing an unprecedented humanitarian crisis since the outbreak of the war in October 2023, as Israeli military operations have resulted in the deaths of more than 62,000 Palestinians, most of whom are civilians, according to the health ministry in the Strip, which the United Nations considers its figures reliable.
The severe blockade has also led to a critical shortage of food, water, medicine, and fuel, prompting the United Nations and international relief organizations to warn of an imminent famine.
