كشفت وسائل إعلام إسرائيلية اليوم (الخميس) أن الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب قد يزور إسرائيل خلال الفترة بين 17 إلى 19 سبتمبر إذا سمحت الظروف بذلك.
ونقلت صحيفة «يديعوت أحرونوت» عن مسؤول أمريكي قوله إن ترمب سيزور بريطانيا في سبتمبر، ومن المحتمل أن يتوقف في إسرائيل، لكن الأمر غير مؤكد وغير نهائي، مضيفاً: «الأمر يعتمد على تطورات محادثات وقف إطلاق النار وإنهاء الحرب في غزة».
في غضون ذلك، قال مسؤولان إسرائيليان إن رئيس جهاز المخابرات الإسرائيلي (الموساد) دافيد برنياع يزور قطر لإحياء محادثات وقف إطلاق النار في غزة.
ونقلت وسائل إعلام إسرائيلية عن مصدر سياسي قوله إن رئيس الموساد التقى رئيس وزراء قطر وبحث معه جهود التوصل لصفقة شاملة للإفراج عن المختطفين، مبينة أن رئيس الموساد شدد لرئيس وزراء قطر أن على الوسطاء إبلاغ حركة حماس أن احتلال غزة أمر جدي وليس حرباً نفسية.
وأشارت إلى أن رئيس الموساد لم يناقش مع الوسيط القطري ملف الأسرى بل أكد التخلي عن الصفقة الجزئية.
من جهة أخرى، أعلنت وزارة الصحة في قطاع غزة أن المستشفيات استقبلت خلال الساعات الـ24 الماضية جثامين 54 قتيلاً، و831 مصاباً جراء العدوان الإسرائيلي المتواصل.
وأوضحت الوزارة أن إجمالي حصيلة الضحايا منذ 7 أكتوبر 2023 ارتفع إلى 61,776 قتيلاً، و154,906 جرحى.
وقال شهود عيان إن قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي استهدفت بالقصف المدفعي مناطق شرق مخيم البريج وسط قطاع غزة، دون ورود معلومات فورية عن حجم الخسائر أو الإصابات.

Meanwhile, two Israeli officials said that the head of the Israeli intelligence agency (Mossad), David Barnea, is visiting Qatar to revive ceasefire talks in Gaza.
Israeli media reported a political source saying that the head of the Mossad met with the Prime Minister of Qatar and discussed efforts to reach a comprehensive deal for the release of hostages, indicating that the head of the Mossad emphasized to the Prime Minister of Qatar that the occupation of Gaza is a serious matter and not a psychological war.
It was noted that the head of the Mossad did not discuss the prisoners' issue with the Qatari mediator but confirmed the abandonment of the partial deal.
On another note, the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced that hospitals received the bodies of 54 dead and 831 injured in the past 24 hours due to the ongoing Israeli aggression.
The ministry clarified that the total death toll since October 7, 2023, has risen to 61,776 dead and 154,906 injured.
Eyewitnesses reported that Israeli occupation forces targeted areas east of the Al-Bureij camp in the central Gaza Strip with artillery shelling, with no immediate information on the extent of the losses or injuries.
