دانت الدول العربية أمس (الأربعاء)، تصريحات رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو، حول ما يسمى بـ«رؤية إسرائيل الكبرى»، عبر اقتطاع أقاليم من دول عربية لتحقيق هذا الهدف.
ودانت جامعة الدول العربية، بأشد العبارات التصريحات الصادرة عن نتنياهو، معتبرة أنها استباحة لسيادة دول عربية ومحاولة لتقويض الأمن والاستقرار في المنطقة.
وأكدت الجامعة أن هذه التصريحات تمثل تهديداً خطيراً للأمن القومي العربي الجماعي وتحدياً سافراً للقانون الدولي ومبادئ الشرعية الدولية، مضيفة أنها تعكس نوايا توسعية وعدوانية لا يمكن القبول بها أو التسامح معها، وتكشف العقلية المتطرفة الغارقة في أوهام استعمارية.
ودعت الأمانة العامة للجامعة المجتمع الدولي ممثلاً في مجلس الأمن الدولي إلى الاضطلاع بمسؤوليته والتصدي بكل قوة لهذه التصريحات المتطرفة التي تزعزع الاستقرار وتزيد من مستوى الكراهية والرفض الإقليمي لدولة الاحتلال.
بدورها، اعتبرت الخارجية الأردنية التصريحات الصادرة عن نتنياهو، تهديداً خطيراً لسلامة الدول بصورة تخالف القانون الدولي، معربة عن إدانتها لتلك التصريحات.
وعبرت وزارة الخارجية وشؤون المغتربين الأردنية عن رفضها تلك التصريحات باعتبارها تصعيداً استفزازياً خطيراً، وتهديداً لسيادة الدول، ومخالفة للقانون الدولي وميثاق الأمم المتحدة.
وشدد المتحدث باسم الوزارة سفيان القضاة رفض المملكة الأردنية المطلق لهذه التصريحات التحريضية، مؤكداً أن هذه الأوهام العبثية التي تعكسها تصريحات المسؤولين الإسرائيليين لن تنال من الأردن والدول العربية ولا تنتقص من الحقوق المشروعة وغير القابلة للتصرف للشعب الفلسطيني.
وأضاف أن «هذه التصريحات والممارسات تعكس الوضع المأزوم للحكومة الإسرائيلية ويتزامن مع عزلتها دولياً في ظل استمرار عدوانها على غزة والضفة الغربية المحتلتين».
ولفت إلى أن هذه الادعاءات والأوهام التي يتبناها متطرفو الحكومة الإسرائيلية ويروجون لها تشجع على استمرار دوامات العنف والصراع، وبما يتطلب موقفاً دولياً واضحاً بإدانتها والتحذير من عواقبها الوخيمة على أمن المنطقة واستقرارها ومحاسبة مطلقيها.
من جهتها دانت الخارجية المصرية في بيان ما أثير في وسائل إعلام إسرائيلية حول ما يسمى بإسرائيل الكبرى، مطالبة بإيضاحات لما تعكسه التصريحات بشأن إسرائيل الكبرى من إثارة لعدم الاستقرار وتوجه رافض للسلام.
وأكدت مصر أنه لا سبيل لتحقيق السلام إلا من خلال العودة للمفاوضات وإنهاء الحرب على غزة وصولاً لإقامة دولة فلسطينية.
The Arab countries condemned yesterday (Wednesday) the statements made by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu regarding what is called the "Greater Israel Vision," which involves annexing territories from Arab countries to achieve this goal.
The Arab League condemned Netanyahu's statements in the strongest terms, considering them a violation of the sovereignty of Arab states and an attempt to undermine security and stability in the region.
The League affirmed that these statements represent a serious threat to collective Arab national security and a blatant challenge to international law and principles of international legitimacy, adding that they reflect expansionist and aggressive intentions that cannot be accepted or tolerated, revealing a radical mentality steeped in colonial illusions.
The General Secretariat of the League called on the international community, represented by the United Nations Security Council, to assume its responsibility and confront these extremist statements with all strength, as they destabilize the region and increase the level of hatred and regional rejection of the occupying state.
For its part, the Jordanian Foreign Ministry considered Netanyahu's statements a serious threat to the safety of states in a manner that violates international law, expressing its condemnation of those statements.
The Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates expressed its rejection of these statements as a dangerous provocative escalation and a threat to the sovereignty of states, and a violation of international law and the United Nations Charter.
The ministry's spokesperson, Sufyan Qudah, emphasized the absolute rejection of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan for these inciting statements, affirming that these absurd illusions reflected in the statements of Israeli officials will not affect Jordan and the Arab countries, nor will they diminish the legitimate and inalienable rights of the Palestinian people.
He added that "these statements and practices reflect the crisis-ridden situation of the Israeli government and coincide with its international isolation amid its ongoing aggression against Gaza and the occupied West Bank."
He pointed out that these claims and illusions adopted and promoted by the extremists of the Israeli government encourage the continuation of cycles of violence and conflict, necessitating a clear international stance condemning them and warning of their dire consequences on the security and stability of the region, as well as holding their perpetrators accountable.
For its part, the Egyptian Foreign Ministry condemned in a statement what was raised in Israeli media regarding the so-called Greater Israel, demanding clarifications about what these statements reflect regarding the incitement of instability and a rejectionist approach to peace.
Egypt affirmed that there is no way to achieve peace except through a return to negotiations and ending the war on Gaza, leading to the establishment of a Palestinian state.
