أعلنت السلطة القضائية الإيرانية، اليوم (السبت)، القبض على 20 مشتبهاً بتهمة التجسس لجهاز المخابرات الإسرائيلي (الموساد) على مدى الشهور القليلة الماضية، وأكدت التعامل بمنتهى الحزم مع أمثال هؤلاء «حتى يكون المدانون منهم عبرة لغيرهم».
وأفادت وسائل إعلام رسمية بأن إيران أعدمت الأربعاء الماضي عالماً نووياً يدعى روزبه وادي، أُدين بالتجسس لصالح إسرائيل، ونقل معلومات عن عالم نووي آخر قُتل في الضربات الجوية الإسرائيلية على إيران في يونيو الماضي.
وقال المتحدث باسم السلطة القضائية أصغر جهانكير للصحفيين في طهران اليوم: «جرى إسقاط التهم الموجهة إلى بعض المشتبه بهم العشرين وأُطلق سراحهم»، دون أن يذكر عددهم على وجه التحديد.
ونقلت وسائل إعلام إيرانية عن جهانكير قوله: «لن يبدي القضاء أي تهاون تجاه الجواسيس وعملاء النظام الصهيوني. وسيجعل جميع المدانين منهم عبرة عبر إصدار أحكام رادعة». وأفاد بأنه سيتم الإعلان عن التفاصيل كاملة بمجرد اكتمال التحقيقات.
وزادت عمليات إعدام الإيرانيين المدانين بالتجسس لصالح إسرائيل بشكل كبير هذا العام، إذ جرى تنفيذ ما لا يقل عن 8 أحكام بالإعدام في الأشهر القليلة الماضية.
وعلى مدى 12 يوماً في شهر يونيو، شنت إسرائيل ضربات جوية على إيران مستهدفة كبار القادة العسكريين وعلماء نوويين ومنشآت نووية وأحياء سكنية. وردت إيران بوابل من الصواريخ والطائرات المسيرة على إسرائيل.
وذكرت وكالة أنباء نشطاء حقوق الإنسان (هرانا) أن 1190 إيرانياً قتلوا خلال الهجمات الإسرائيلية، من بينهم 436 مدنياً و435 من أفراد الأمن. فيما أعلنت إسرائيل أن 28 شخصاً قتلوا في الهجمات التي نفذتها إيران.

The Iranian judiciary announced today (Saturday) the arrest of 20 suspects accused of espionage for the Israeli intelligence agency (Mossad) over the past few months, and confirmed that it will deal with such individuals with utmost severity "so that the convicted ones serve as a lesson to others."
Official media reported that Iran executed a nuclear scientist named Rouzbeh Vadi last Wednesday, who was convicted of espionage for Israel and transferring information about another nuclear scientist who was killed in Israeli airstrikes on Iran last June.
The spokesperson for the judiciary, Asghar Jahangir, told reporters in Tehran today: "The charges against some of the twenty suspects have been dropped and they have been released," without specifying their exact number.
Iranian media quoted Jahangir as saying: "The judiciary will show no leniency towards spies and agents of the Zionist regime. All convicted individuals will be made an example of through the issuance of deterrent sentences." He stated that full details will be announced once the investigations are completed.
The executions of Iranians convicted of espionage for Israel have significantly increased this year, with at least 8 death sentences carried out in the past few months.
Over a span of 12 days in June, Israel launched airstrikes on Iran targeting senior military leaders, nuclear scientists, nuclear facilities, and residential areas. Iran responded with a barrage of missiles and drones against Israel.
The Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA) reported that 1,190 Iranians were killed during the Israeli attacks, including 436 civilians and 435 security personnel. Meanwhile, Israel announced that 28 people were killed in the attacks carried out by Iran.
