أكد مصدر أمني سوري اليوم (الأحد) استعادة قوات الأمن الداخلي السيطرة على النقاط التي تقدّمت إليها عناصر خارجة عن القانون في تل الحديد وريمة حازم وولغا بريف السويداء، وبحسب وكالة الأنباء السورية (سانا) فإن سيطرة الأمن جاءت بعد التصدي للهجوم المنظم.
وأوضح المصدر الأمني أنه تم تأمين المنطقة من قبل قوات الأمن الداخلي ووقف الاشتباكات حفاظاً على استمرار اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار.
وكانت وزارة الداخلية السورية قد اتهمت في وقت سابق اليوم ما وصفتها بـ«العصابات المتمردة» في محافظة السويداء بمواصلة خرق اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار وشنّ هجمات غادرة على قوات الأمن الداخلي في عدة محاور، إلى جانب قصف بعض القرى بالصواريخ وقذائف الهاون، ما أسفر عن مقتل وإصابة عدد من عناصر الأمن.
وأكدت الوزارة في بيان نشرته «سانا» أن الدولة السورية ومنذ بدء اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار في السويداء، لم تدّخر جهداً لتثبيت هذا الاتفاق، حرصاً منها على إعادة الاستقرار إلى أرجاء المحافظة، وعملت بكل مفاصلها العسكرية والأمنية والمدنية والخدمية على تأمين حياة المدنيين، والتمهيد لعودة الخدمات ومظاهر الحياة تدريجياً، مبينة أن هذه الجهود اصطدمت باستمرار حملات التجييش الإعلامي التي تقودها العصابات المتمردة التي مع فشلها في إفشال جهود الدولة، لجأت إلى الخروقات المتكررة للاتفاق واعتداءات تستهدف الأمن والاستقرار.
وأشارت إلى أن تلك العصابات تسعى لجرّ المحافظة إلى التوتر والفوضى بدوافع شخصية لقادتها، وتقوم بسرقة المساعدات الإغاثية، وتغذي الاقتتال الداخلي، إضافة إلى تنفيذ اعتقالات غير قانونية داخل المدينة، مستخدمة خرق اتفاقات التهدئة كغطاء لممارساتها التعسفية، مؤكدة أنها ستواصل أداء واجبها الوطني والإنساني في السويداء، واضعةً أمن المواطنين واستقرارهم في صدارة أولوياتها، ومستمرةً في حماية السكان وتأمين قوافل الإغاثة والمساعدات لهم.
A Syrian security source confirmed today (Sunday) that internal security forces have regained control of the points that were advanced upon by lawless elements in Tal al-Hadid, Rima Hazem, and Wulga in the countryside of Sweida. According to the Syrian News Agency (SANA), the security control came after repelling the organized attack.
The security source clarified that the area has been secured by internal security forces and that clashes have ceased to maintain the continuity of the ceasefire agreement.
The Syrian Ministry of Interior had earlier accused what it described as "rebel gangs" in Sweida province of continuing to violate the ceasefire agreement and launching treacherous attacks on internal security forces at several fronts, in addition to shelling some villages with rockets and mortars, resulting in the deaths and injuries of several security personnel.
The ministry confirmed in a statement published by SANA that the Syrian state, since the beginning of the ceasefire agreement in Sweida, has spared no effort to solidify this agreement, out of its commitment to restore stability to the province. It has worked through all its military, security, civil, and service sectors to secure the lives of civilians and to gradually pave the way for the return of services and signs of life, indicating that these efforts have faced ongoing media mobilization campaigns led by the rebel gangs, which, upon failing to thwart the state's efforts, resorted to repeated violations of the agreement and attacks targeting security and stability.
It pointed out that these gangs seek to drag the province into tension and chaos driven by personal motives of their leaders, engage in stealing humanitarian aid, fuel internal fighting, and carry out illegal arrests within the city, using violations of the ceasefire agreements as a cover for their arbitrary practices. It affirmed that it will continue to fulfill its national and humanitarian duty in Sweida, placing the security and stability of citizens at the forefront of its priorities, and will continue to protect the population and secure relief convoys and assistance for them.
