بعد يوم من تحذير الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب من إمكانية تجدد الضربات إذا استأنفت طهران أنشطتها النووية، اعتبر الزعيم الإيراني علي خامنئي، أن المطالب الغربية المتعلقة بالبرنامج النووي «ذريعة» للاصطدام مع بلاده.
وقال خامنئي في تصريح، اليوم(الثلاثاء)، إن البرنامج النووي والتخصيب وحقوق الإنسان كلها «ذرائع»، لكن ما يسعون إليه هو دينكم وعلمكم، على حد قوله.
من جانبه، حذر وزير الخارجية الإيراني عباس عراقجي من أن بلاده سترد بحزم أكبر إذا تعرضت لهجمات أمريكية أو إسرائيلية جديدة.
وكتب عراقجي في منشور على منصة إكس أنه «إذا تكرر العدوان فإننا بلا شك سنرد بحزم أكبر»، مضيفاً: «إذا كانت هناك مخاوف من احتمال تحويل برنامجنا النووي لأغراض غير سلمية، فقد أثبت الخيار العسكري أنه غير فاعل، لكن حلاً تفاوضياً قد ينجح».
وخلال زيارة إلى أسكتلندا، قال ترمب: «لقد دمرنا قدراتهم النووية. يمكنهم البدء من جديد، لكن إذا فعلوا ذلك، سندمرها بلمح البصر».
وشنت إسرائيل في 13 يونيو الماضي غارات جوية على إيران، مستهدفة البرنامج النووي، وردت طهران بإطلاق عدد من الصواريخ الباليستية على إسرائيل، في حرب دامت 12 يوماً. وضربت الولايات المتحدة منشآت نووية إيرانية، خصوصاً فوردو وأصفهان ونطنز.
ولم تستبعد إسرائيل شن ضربات جديدة في حال حاولت إيران إعادة بناء منشآتها.
ويدور خلاف كبير بين الولايات المتحدة وإيران حول مسألة تخصيب اليورانيوم، فيما تؤكد إدارة الرئيس الأمريكي أن هذا الأمر خط أحمر.
وبحسب الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرّية، فإن إيران هي الدولة الوحيدة غير النووية في العالم التي تخصب اليورانيوم بنسبة 60%. ويتخطى هذا المستوى السقف المحدد بـ3.67% في الاتفاق الدولي المبرم سنة 2015 مع القوى الكبرى والذي انسحبت منه الولايات المتحدة بقرار أحادي سنة 2018، خلال ولاية ترمب الأولى. ويتطلب بناء قنبلة ذرية تخصيباً لليورانيوم بنسبة 90%.

After a day of U.S. President Donald Trump's warning about the possibility of renewed strikes if Tehran resumes its nuclear activities, Iranian leader Ali Khamenei considered the Western demands regarding the nuclear program as a "pretext" for confrontation with his country.
Khamenei stated today (Tuesday) that the nuclear program, enrichment, and human rights are all "pretexts," but what they seek is your religion and your knowledge, as he put it.
For his part, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi warned that his country would respond more firmly if it faced new American or Israeli attacks.
Araghchi wrote in a post on the X platform that "if aggression is repeated, we will undoubtedly respond more firmly," adding: "If there are concerns about the possibility of our nuclear program being diverted for non-peaceful purposes, the military option has proven ineffective, but a negotiated solution may succeed."
During a visit to Scotland, Trump said: "We have destroyed their nuclear capabilities. They can start over, but if they do, we will destroy it in the blink of an eye."
Israel launched airstrikes on Iran on June 13, targeting the nuclear program, and Tehran responded by firing a number of ballistic missiles at Israel in a war that lasted 12 days. The United States struck Iranian nuclear facilities, particularly Fordow, Isfahan, and Natanz.
Israel has not ruled out launching new strikes if Iran attempts to rebuild its facilities.
There is significant disagreement between the United States and Iran over the issue of uranium enrichment, with the U.S. administration asserting that this matter is a red line.
According to the International Atomic Energy Agency, Iran is the only non-nuclear state in the world that enriches uranium to 60%. This level exceeds the limit of 3.67% set in the international agreement reached in 2015 with the major powers, from which the United States withdrew unilaterally in 2018 during Trump's first term. Building an atomic bomb requires uranium enrichment of 90%.
