أعلن وزير الطوارئ وإدارة الكوارث السوري رائد الصالح اليوم (الجمعة) تشكيل غرفة عمليات مشتركة لتلبية نداءات المواطنين السوريين في ظل الظروف الأمنية والإنسانية الصعبة التي تشهدها محافظة السويداء، مؤكداً إسعاف أكثر من 570 جريحاً، ونقل 87 من الضحايا الذين قتلوا جراء التصعيد، وإخلاء مئات العائلات إلى مناطق أكثر أماناً.
وكتب الصالح على حسابه في منصة «إكس»: «الغرفة تضم ممثلين عن الوزارات والمؤسسات الحكومية، والدفاع المدني السوري، ومنظمات محلية إنسانية ومؤسسات خدمية، تعمل على مدار الساعة لتقديم خدمات الإغاثة والإخلاء والإسعاف للمواطنين»، موضحاً أنه منذ صباح أمس (الخميس) تم إسعاف أكثر من 570 جريحاً، ونقل 87 من الضحايا الذين قتلوا جراء التصعيد، وتم إخلاء مئات العائلات إلى مناطق أكثر أماناً.
وأشار إلى أنه شارك في الاستجابة 90 متطوعاً مدرّباً ومجهّزاً من فرق الدفاع المدني السوري، إلى جانب أسطول ميداني ضمّ 17 سيارة إسعاف، وأكثر من 22 حافلة إخلاء، و10 سيارات نقل متنوعة، و6 ملاحق إطفاء، وآليات للنقل اللوجستي، إضافة إلى غرف تنسيق داخلية لرصد نداءات الاستغاثة وتنظيم عمليات نقل العائلات إلى الأماكن التي تحددها العائلات نفسها أو إلى مراكز إيواء مخصصة.
بدوره، أكد محافظ درعا أنور الزعبي تشكيل لجنة طوارئ مكونة من مديري المناطق والدفاع المدني ومديريتي الصحة والتربية، موضحاً أن المحافظة سخرت كل ذلك لخدمة المنكوبين من ريف السويداء، مبيناً أن اللجنة تعمل على تأمين المأوى والغذاء والرعاية الصحية وكل الوسائل المتاحة لخدمة المنكوبين الذين تعرضوا للتهجير والضغط النفسي.
وأشار إلى أن مجلس المحافظة مستنفر بشكل كامل من أجل تقديم الخدمة للمهجرين دون تمييز.
من جهة أخرى، طالب مفوض الأمم المتحدة لحقوق الإنسان فولكر تورك اليوم السلطات السورية بضمان المحاسبة والعدالة في ما يتعلق بعمليات القتل والانتهاكات في مدينة السويداء بجنوب البلاد.
وقال تورك في بيان: «يجب أن يتوقف سفك الدماء والعنف، وأن تكون الأولوية القصوى لحماية جميع الناس، بما يتماشى مع القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان»، مشدداً على ضرورة أن تُجرى تحقيقات مستقلة، سريعة وشفافة، في كل أعمال العنف، وأن تتم محاسبة المسؤولين عن هذه الانتهاكات.
بدورها، قالت المفوضية السامية للأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين إنها قلقة للغاية بشأن تأثير الأعمال العدائية في مدينة السويداء بجنوب سورية على عمليات الإغاثة التي تقوم بها، مؤكدة على لسان المتحدث باسمها وليام سبيندلر في جنيف أن «الوضع في السويداء مقلق للغاية، ومن الصعب جداً علينا العمل هناك».
وأضاف: «في الوقت الحالي، قدرتنا على إيصال المعونة محدودة للغاية، وندعو جميع الأطراف للسماح بوصول المساعدات الإنسانية».
The Syrian Minister of Emergency and Disaster Management, Raed Saleh, announced today (Friday) the formation of a joint operations room to respond to the calls of Syrian citizens amid the difficult security and humanitarian conditions in the Suwayda Governorate, confirming the rescue of more than 570 injured individuals, the transfer of 87 victims who were killed due to the escalation, and the evacuation of hundreds of families to safer areas.
Saleh wrote on his account on the "X" platform: "The room includes representatives from ministries and government institutions, the Syrian Civil Defense, local humanitarian organizations, and service institutions, working around the clock to provide relief, evacuation, and medical assistance to citizens," explaining that since yesterday morning (Thursday), more than 570 injured individuals have been assisted, 87 victims have been transferred who were killed due to the escalation, and hundreds of families have been evacuated to safer areas.
He noted that 90 trained and equipped volunteers from the Syrian Civil Defense teams participated in the response, alongside a field fleet that included 17 ambulances, more than 22 evacuation buses, 10 various transport vehicles, 6 firefighting units, and logistics transport vehicles, in addition to internal coordination rooms to monitor distress calls and organize the transportation of families to locations designated by the families themselves or to designated shelter centers.
For his part, the Governor of Daraa, Anwar Al-Zoubi, confirmed the formation of an emergency committee composed of area directors, civil defense, and the directors of health and education, explaining that the governorate has mobilized all of this to serve the victims from the countryside of Suwayda, indicating that the committee is working to secure shelter, food, healthcare, and all available means to assist the victims who have been subjected to displacement and psychological pressure.
He pointed out that the governorate council is fully mobilized to provide services to the displaced without discrimination.
On another note, the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Volker Turk, today urged the Syrian authorities to ensure accountability and justice regarding the killings and violations in the city of Suwayda in the south of the country.
Turk said in a statement: "The bloodshed and violence must stop, and the top priority must be the protection of all people, in accordance with international human rights law," emphasizing the need for independent, prompt, and transparent investigations into all acts of violence, and for those responsible for these violations to be held accountable.
For its part, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees expressed deep concern about the impact of hostilities in the city of Suwayda in southern Syria on its relief operations, affirming through its spokesperson, William Spindler, in Geneva that "the situation in Suwayda is extremely concerning, and it is very difficult for us to work there."
He added: "At the moment, our capacity to deliver aid is extremely limited, and we call on all parties to allow humanitarian assistance to reach those in need."
