ناقش وزير الدفاع اليمني الفريق الركن محسن الداعري، في لقاءين منفصلين، في العاصمة المؤقتة عدن، مع سفير جمهورية السودان لدى اليمن دفع الله حاج علي، والسفير الياباني يويئتشي ناكاشيما، تطورات الأوضاع في اليمن وتداعيات استمرار مليشيا الحوثي الإرهابية في استهداف خطوط الملاحة الدولية في البحر الأحمر وإقلاق الأمن والسلم الدوليين.
كما ناقش اللقاءان مع سفيري السودان واليابان تعزيز أوجه التعاون المشترك وبحث المجالات المتعلقة بالتدريب والتأهيل والتقنية والتكنولوجيا.
وأشاد وزير الدفاع اليمني، خلال لقائه السفير السوداني، بالعلاقات والروابط الأخوية التاريخية التي تجمع اليمن والسودان الشقيقين وجيشيهما، مثمناً التضحيات التي قدمها السودان في إطار تحالف دعم الشرعية في اليمن، منوهاً بالظروف المتشابهة التي يمر بها البلدان اليمن والسودان، مؤكداً أنهما سيخرجان منتصرين على مليشيا الإرهاب، مشيداً بالجهود التي بُذلت لتأهيل وتدريب كوادر القوات المسلحة اليمنية في الكليات والأكاديميات السودانية خلال السنوات الماضية، متمنياً عودة الأمن والاستقرار والتنمية للسودان الشقيق.
وثمن الدعم الياباني لليمن في مختلف المجالات.
The Yemeni Minister of Defense, Lieutenant General Mohsen Al-Daari, discussed, in two separate meetings in the temporary capital of Aden, the developments in Yemen and the repercussions of the continued targeting of international shipping lanes in the Red Sea by the terrorist Houthi militia, as well as the disruption of international peace and security, with the Ambassador of the Republic of Sudan to Yemen, Dafallah Haj Ali, and the Japanese Ambassador, Yuichi Nakashima.
The meetings with the ambassadors of Sudan and Japan also addressed enhancing aspects of joint cooperation and exploring areas related to training, qualification, technology, and technical fields.
During his meeting with the Sudanese ambassador, the Yemeni Minister of Defense praised the historical brotherly relations that unite Yemen and Sudan and their armies, appreciating the sacrifices made by Sudan within the framework of the Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen. He noted the similar circumstances both Yemen and Sudan are experiencing, affirming that they will emerge victorious over the militia of terrorism, and commended the efforts made to qualify and train the personnel of the Yemeni armed forces in Sudanese colleges and academies over the past years, wishing for the return of security, stability, and development to the brotherly Sudan.
He also appreciated the Japanese support for Yemen in various fields.
