أطلق أمير منطقة الباحة الأمير الدكتور حسام بن سعود بن عبدالعزيز البارحة مهرجان صيف 2025، الذي ينطلق بشعار «الباحة.. تراث وسياحة»، ويتضمن أكثر من 500 فعالية، مستهدفاً 2.5 مليون زائر.
وأكد الأمير حسام أهمية تفعيل اللجان الميدانية لمتابعة الفعاليات والمواقع السياحية من الحدائق والمتنزهات، ووضع خطة مرورية متكاملة تسهم في تفادي الازدحام، إلى جانب التشديد على الالتزام بتطبيق تعليمات الذوق العام في المواقع العامة، داعياً الجهات الأمنية والخدمية إلى مواصلة جهودها في احتواء الزوار والمصطافين، والتعامل الحسن معهم بما يعكس الصورة الإيجابية للمنطقة وأهلها، مباركاً ما تحقق من جهود، مؤكداً أن جميع الجهات تعمل بروح الفريق الواحد لتقديم صيف استثنائي لأهالي الباحة وزوارها.
فيما استعرض أمين منطقة الباحة رئيس اللجنة التنفيذية لصيف الباحة الدكتور علي بن محمد السواط أبرز ملامح الفعاليات التي تقام في مدينة الباحة ومحافظات قطاع السراة الخمس، ضمن مسارات ترفيهية وثقافية ورياضية ومجتمعية متكاملة تعكس هوية المنطقة، وتواكب مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030 في تنمية السياحة الداخلية، مشيراً إلى تنوّعها وشمولها جميع الفئات العمرية والاهتمامات، ما يعزز من تكامل التجربة السياحية في المنطقة، موضحاً اكتمال البنية التحتية قبيل انطلاقة الموسم، من خلال صيانة وتأهيل الطرق، وتجهيز المتنزهات والمواقع السياحية، وتوفير مواقف السيارات، وتركيب اللوحات الإرشادية، وتفعيل خدمة الإنترنت المجاني (Wi-Fi) في المتنزهات العامة، إلى جانب تعزيز خدمات النظافة والمراقبة والسلامة في جميع المواقع، مؤكداً أن المهرجان يشهد مشاركة مجتمعية واسعة، إذ تم تخصيص 431 منفذاً للأسر المنتجة، و25 حاضنة بيع، إضافة إلى إطلاق برنامج تطوعي بمشاركة أكثر من 6,500 متطوع ومتطوعة يدعمون فعاليات الموسم في مجالات التنظيم والإرشاد والخدمات.
ويعد مهرجان صيف الباحة 2025 نموذجاً وطنياً متكاملاً في التخطيط والتفاعل المجتمعي والتجربة السياحية، يعزز من حضور المنطقة بصفتها وجهة صيفية رئيسية على خارطة السياحة الداخلية في المملكة.
The Prince of Al-Baha region, Prince Dr. Hussam bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, launched the Summer Festival 2025 yesterday, which kicks off under the slogan "Al-Baha... Heritage and Tourism," and includes more than 500 events, targeting 2.5 million visitors.
Prince Hussam emphasized the importance of activating field committees to monitor events and tourist sites such as parks and recreational areas, and to establish a comprehensive traffic plan that helps avoid congestion. He also stressed the need to adhere to public decorum instructions in public places, calling on security and service agencies to continue their efforts in accommodating visitors and vacationers, and to treat them well in a manner that reflects the positive image of the region and its people. He congratulated the efforts achieved so far, affirming that all entities are working in a spirit of teamwork to provide an exceptional summer for the people of Al-Baha and its visitors.
Meanwhile, the Secretary of Al-Baha region and Chairman of the Executive Committee for the Summer Festival, Dr. Ali bin Mohammed Al-Sawat, reviewed the main features of the events taking place in the city of Al-Baha and the five governorates of the Sarawat sector, as part of comprehensive recreational, cultural, sports, and community pathways that reflect the identity of the region and align with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in developing domestic tourism. He pointed out the diversity of the events, which cater to all age groups and interests, enhancing the overall tourism experience in the region. He explained that the infrastructure has been completed ahead of the season's launch, through the maintenance and rehabilitation of roads, preparation of parks and tourist sites, provision of parking spaces, installation of directional signs, and activation of free internet service (Wi-Fi) in public parks, in addition to enhancing cleanliness, monitoring, and safety services at all locations. He confirmed that the festival witnesses wide community participation, as 431 outlets have been allocated for productive families, and 25 sales incubators have been established, along with the launch of a volunteer program involving more than 6,500 male and female volunteers supporting the season's events in areas of organization, guidance, and services.
The Summer Festival of Al-Baha 2025 is considered a comprehensive national model in planning, community interaction, and tourism experience, enhancing the region's presence as a major summer destination on the map of domestic tourism in the Kingdom.
