كشف مصدر أمني عراقي اليوم (السبت)، صدور أمر قبض قضائي بحق الناشطة على مواقع التواصل «جيهان الفيلي» بتهمة المحتوى الهابط.
وقال المصدر لـ «عكاظ» إن محكمة جنايات الكرخ في بغداد أصدرت، أمراً بالقبض على الناشطة الرقمية جيهان الفيلي، المعروفة بلقب «تاهو العز لله»، بتهمة نشر محتوى هابط عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي.
وأوضح المصدر، أن هذا القرار يأتي بعد إجراءات لجنة المحتوى الهابط في وزارة الداخلية العراقية، التي تابعت الأنشطة الرقمية للمتهمة.
واكتسبت جيهان الفيلي شهرة واسعة على منصات «تيك توك» و«إنستغرام»، بعد انتشار فيديو تظهر فيه إلى جانب سيارة فارهة من نوع «تاهو»، قائلة عبارتها الشهيرة: «تاهو العز لله»، وهو ما أثار جدلاً واسعاً على الإنترنت.
وردت الفيلي حينها على الانتقادات بشأن مصدر أموالها، مؤكدة أنها تنتمي إلى عائلة ميسورة، وأن السيارة تعود لعائلتها. وأشارت في مقابلات تلفزيونية سابقة إلى أنها أم لطفل، وأنها تعرضت للاحتيال المالي من قبل أحد الأشخاص، ما دفع والدتها إلى فرض قيود على الدعم المالي الذي تتلقاه.
وعلى الرغم من عدم تقديمها إعلانات أو محتوى تجارياً، أصبحت الفيلي واحدة من أكثر الشخصيات المثيرة للجدل في مشهد «البلوغرز» العراقيين.
يذكر أن وزارة الداخلية العراقية قد أطلقت منصة «بلّغ» لتلقي البلاغات حول المحتوى الهابط، وتلقت أكثر من 96 ألف بلاغ منذ إطلاقها.

The source told "Okaz" that the Karkh Criminal Court in Baghdad issued an order to arrest the digital activist Jihan Al-Faily, known by the nickname "Tahoe Al-Izz Lilah," for publishing low-quality content on social media platforms.
The source clarified that this decision comes after the actions of the Low-Quality Content Committee in the Iraqi Ministry of Interior, which monitored the digital activities of the accused.
Jihan Al-Faily gained widespread fame on "TikTok" and "Instagram" after a video went viral showing her next to a luxury "Tahoe" vehicle, saying her famous phrase: "Tahoe Al-Izz Lilah," which sparked widespread controversy online.
At that time, Al-Faily responded to criticisms regarding the source of her funds, asserting that she comes from a well-off family and that the car belongs to her family. She mentioned in previous television interviews that she is a mother to a child and that she was a victim of financial fraud by someone, which led her mother to impose restrictions on the financial support she receives.
Despite not providing advertisements or commercial content, Al-Faily has become one of the most controversial figures in the Iraqi "blogger" scene.
It is worth noting that the Iraqi Ministry of Interior launched the "Report" platform to receive reports about low-quality content and has received over 96,000 reports since its launch.
