السفير السعودي في لبنان يلتقي وفد صندوق النقد الدولي

The Saudi Ambassador to Lebanon, Walid bin Abdullah Bukhari, met today (Friday) at the embassy in Beirut with a delegation from the International Monetary Fund led by the head of the mission, Ernesto Ramirez Rigo, accompanied by the IMF's resident representative in Lebanon, Federico Lima.

The ambassador was briefed by the delegation on the Fund's vision for helping Lebanon emerge from its financial and economic crisis through the implementation of a single financial reform program. The Fund's delegation emphasized the necessity of coordination between Lebanese institutions and the Fund, aimed at accelerating the start of the economic recovery process in the country.
