وأعلنت السلطة القضائية في محافظة فارس الحادثة عبر بيان رسمي، أكد أن القاضي إحسان باقري، رئيس الشعبة 102 الجنائية الثانية في المحكمة الجنائية بالمدينة، البالغ من العمر 38 عامًا ومن مواليد مدينة ممسني، تعرض لهجوم أثناء خروجه من منزله.
