أعلنت وزارة الخارجية والمغتربين السورية، اليوم (الإثنين)، رؤية بلادها وموقعها الطبيعي على الخارطتين العربية والدولية، مؤكدة في بيان أن الدولة السورية مستندة على رؤية جديدة عنوانها التعاون والانفتاح.
ودعت الوزارة في بيان إلى تفعيل العمل المشترك مع المجتمع الدولي في سبيل بناء سورية المستقبل، دولة قوية ومنفتحة ومتوازنة وفاعلة في محيطها، مشددة بالقول: في لحظة مفصلية من تاريخ سورية، وبعد سنوات من العزلة والانغلاق التي فرضتها سياسات الاستبداد، تستعيد الدولة السورية اليوم موقعها الطبيعي على الخارطتين العربية والدولية مستندة إلى رؤية جديدة عنوانها التعاون والانفتاح.
وأشارت إلى أن الرئاسة شددت على بناء أسس العلاقة مع المجتمع الدولي على قواعد التعاون المتكافئ، مضيفة: إعادة بناء الدولة السورية لا تختزل في الدعم الخارجي أو الإعمار المادي، بل تشمل إعادة نسج علاقات التعاون الدولي وتفعيل الشراكات الثنائية ومتعددة الأطراف مع الدول والمنظمات والمؤسسات الدولية بما يخدم جهود التعافي.
وذكرت الوزارة في بيانها أنها تنطلق من خلال هذا الإطار الجديد في أداء دورها التنظيمي الفعال بما يسمح بإعادة تفعيل قنوات التعاون الدولي بشكل مؤسساتي ومنظم، ويضمن الانسجام بين الجهود الوطنية والمبادرات الخارجية، ويُكرس مبدأ الشراكة على أساس المصلحة المتبادلة والسيادة الوطنية، مبينة إن الوزارة تعمل على دعم جهود الوزارات والمؤسسات الأخرى في التواصل مع الشركاء الدوليين، وتأمين مستلزمات التخطيط والتنفيذ المشترك لأولويات التعاون الدولي والتنمية.
ولفت البيان إلى أن الوزارة تضطلع بإدارة شؤون التعاون الدولي والتنمية وتنظيم وتنسيق العلاقات مع الجهات الدولية والمانحة، ودعم التخطيط الاستراتيجي، وضمان الشفافية، ومتابعة تنفيذ الالتزامات الثنائية ومتعددة الأطراف، بما يحقق التكامل بين الرؤية الوطنية وأدوات التعاون الخارجي. مؤكدة إن هذه المرحلة تتطلب من جميع الشركاء الدوليين الانخراط البنّاء مع سورية، والمساهمة في مسيرتها نحو التعافي الشامل، لا عبر الدعم فحسب، بل من خلال الاستثمار في علاقات طويلة الأمد.

The Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates announced today (Monday) the vision of its country and its natural position on the Arab and international maps, confirming in a statement that the Syrian state is based on a new vision titled cooperation and openness.
The ministry called in its statement for activating joint work with the international community to build the Syria of the future, a strong, open, balanced, and effective state in its surroundings, emphasizing: At a pivotal moment in Syria's history, and after years of isolation and closure imposed by authoritarian policies, the Syrian state today regains its natural position on the Arab and international maps based on a new vision titled cooperation and openness.
It pointed out that the presidency emphasized building the foundations of the relationship with the international community on the basis of equitable cooperation, adding: The rebuilding of the Syrian state is not limited to external support or physical reconstruction, but includes reweaving international cooperation relations and activating bilateral and multilateral partnerships with countries, organizations, and international institutions to serve recovery efforts.
The ministry mentioned in its statement that it is operating through this new framework to perform its effective organizational role, allowing for the reactivation of international cooperation channels in an institutional and organized manner, ensuring harmony between national efforts and external initiatives, and establishing the principle of partnership based on mutual interest and national sovereignty. It indicated that the ministry is working to support the efforts of other ministries and institutions in communicating with international partners and securing the requirements for planning and jointly implementing international cooperation and development priorities.
The statement highlighted that the ministry is responsible for managing international cooperation and development affairs, organizing and coordinating relations with international and donor entities, supporting strategic planning, ensuring transparency, and following up on the implementation of bilateral and multilateral commitments, achieving integration between the national vision and external cooperation tools. It emphasized that this stage requires all international partners to engage constructively with Syria and contribute to its journey towards comprehensive recovery, not only through support but also by investing in long-term relationships.
