أسدلت محكمة جنح التمييز في الكويت الستار على واحدة من قضايا تسريب اختبارات الثانوية العامة، وقضت بحبس رئيس المطبعة السرية في وزارة التربية 3 سنوات مع الشغل والنفاذ، كما قضت بحبس معلمة وموظفة 6 أشهر مع تعهد بحسن السير والسلوك لمدة سنتين.
ووفقاً لوقائع القضية حسب ما نشرته «القبس»، أُدين رئيس المطبعة السرية، بصفته موظفًا عامًا، بتسريب اختبارات الفترة الثانية للصف الثاني عشر بقسميه العلمي والأدبي، وهي اختبارات تُعد من المعلومات السرية التي تقتضي التعليمات واللوائح المحافظة على سريتها.
وتبين أن المتهم قام بتصوير نماذج من الاختبارات التالفة التي كان من المفترض إتلافها في محرقة المطبعة، وقدمها للمتهمتين الثانية والثالثة، بهدف تحقيق مصلحة خاصة لهما، ما ألحق ضررًا بمصالح وزارة التربية وأخل بمبدأ تكافؤ الفرص بين الطلاب، وفق ما ورد في التحقيقات.
The Court of Misdemeanor Appeals in Kuwait has closed the curtain on one of the cases involving the leakage of high school exams, sentencing the head of the secret printing press at the Ministry of Education to 3 years in prison with hard labor and enforcement. It also sentenced a teacher and an employee to 6 months in prison with a commitment to good conduct for two years.
According to the facts of the case as reported by "Al-Qabas," the head of the secret printing press was convicted, in his capacity as a public employee, of leaking the second period exams for the twelfth grade in both the scientific and literary sections, which are considered confidential information that regulations and instructions require to be kept secret.
It was revealed that the accused photographed samples of the damaged exams that were supposed to be destroyed in the printing press's incinerator and provided them to the second and third defendants, aiming to achieve a personal benefit for them, which harmed the interests of the Ministry of Education and disrupted the principle of equal opportunities among students, according to what was stated in the investigations.
