أطلق برنامج الضمان الاجتماعي والتمكين خدمة إلكترونية تُمكّن المستفيدين من رفع شكوى مالية عند وجود نقص أو انقطاع كلي في مبلغ الدعم الشهري، عبر منصة الدعم والحماية الاجتماعية.
تهدف الخدمة إلى ضمان دقة الصرف المالي واستكمال المستحقات النظامية، ضمن منظومة رقمية شاملة ترتكز على الموثوقية والشفافية في معالجة الحالات الفردية.
ويتيح البرنامج تقديم الشكوى باتباع سلسلة من الخطوات تبدأ بالدخول إلى المنصة، ثم اختيار «برامج الدعم الخاصة بي»، فالانتقال إلى «الدفعات المالية»، وبعدها النقر على «تقديم شكوى»، وتحديد نوعها سواء «دفعة ناقصة» أو «صفرية»، مع إمكانية إرفاق المستندات الداعمة وإرسال الطلب بعد تأكيده إلكترونياً.
ويُعد هذا الإجراء أحد أدوات التحسين المستمر في كفاءة منظومة الدعم الاجتماعي، حيث تتيح المنصة متابعة حالة الشكوى إلكترونياً حتى اكتمال المعالجة المالية، بما يعزز الثقة بين المستفيد والجهة المشغّلة للبرنامج، ويرسّخ مفهوم العدالة الرقمية في توزيع الدعم.
The Social Security and Empowerment Program has launched an electronic service that enables beneficiaries to file a financial complaint in case of a shortfall or complete interruption in the monthly support amount, through the support and social protection platform.
The service aims to ensure the accuracy of financial disbursement and the completion of entitlements within a comprehensive digital system based on reliability and transparency in handling individual cases.
The program allows for filing a complaint by following a series of steps that begin with accessing the platform, then selecting "My Support Programs," followed by navigating to "Financial Payments," and then clicking on "Submit a Complaint," specifying the type as either "Missing Payment" or "Zero Payment," with the option to attach supporting documents and submit the request after confirming it electronically.
This procedure is one of the tools for continuous improvement in the efficiency of the social support system, as the platform allows for tracking the status of the complaint electronically until the financial processing is complete, thereby enhancing trust between the beneficiary and the entity operating the program, and reinforcing the concept of digital justice in the distribution of support.
