حددت وزارة التعليم ضوابط واشتراطات ترشّح المعلمين والمعلمات لدراسة الماجستير في اللغة الصينية لتدريس غير الناطقين، بها للعام الدراسي 1447هـ - 1448هـ، ويستمر حتى التاسع والعشرين من شهر جمادى الأولى الجاري.
وبينت الوزارة أن الضوابط تتمثل في ألا يزيد عمر المرشح عند التقديم على 40 عاماً، وألا تقل خدمة المرشح في الوظيفة التعليمية عن ثلاث سنوات، وأن يكون المرشح حاصلاً على الرخصة المهنية معلم ممارس، معلم متقدم ورتبة معلم خبير، وألا يقل التقدير الدراسي في مرحلة البكالوريوس للمرشح عن جيد، وألا تقل درجة التقدير في تقويم الأداء الوظيفي للمرشح عن ممتاز خلال السنتين الماضيتين، وألا يكون المرشح أخلّ بواجباته الوظيفية أو صدر بحقه عقوبة تأديبية جراء تقصير في أداء العمل خلال العامين السابقين للترشيح، وألا يكون محالاً إلى التحقيق أو مكفوف اليد أو طرفاً في قضية قائمة أو منظورة، وأن يتعهد المرشح بالموافقة على تدريس مادة اللغة الصينية في مراحل التعليم العامة المختلفة وفق احتياج الوزارة، والعمل مدة تعادل مدة ابتعاثه، وألا يكون المرشح قد حصل على قرار ابتعاث أو إيفاد سابق ثم انسحب منه أو اعتذر عنه أو تم إنهاؤه خلال فترة عمله، وأن يجتاز المرشح المقابلة الشخصية في الإدارة التعليمية العامة التابع لها، والمقابلة النهائية في الوزارة، وأن يجتاز الدورة التأهيلية في اللغة الصينية قبل الالتحاق بالبرنامج، وأن يجتاز المرشح اختبار تقييم تجانس الثقافات.
The Ministry of Education has set the regulations and requirements for the nomination of male and female teachers to study for a master's degree in Chinese language for non-native speakers for the academic year 1447 AH - 1448 AH, which will continue until the twenty-ninth of the current month of Jumada al-Awwal.
The ministry clarified that the regulations include that the candidate's age at the time of application should not exceed 40 years, and that the candidate's service in the educational position should not be less than three years. The candidate must hold a professional license as a practicing teacher, an advanced teacher, or a distinguished teacher, and the candidate's academic grade in the bachelor's degree should not be less than "Good." Additionally, the performance evaluation grade for the candidate should not be less than "Excellent" during the past two years, and the candidate should not have violated their job duties or received a disciplinary penalty for shortcomings in work performance during the two years prior to the nomination. The candidate should also not be under investigation, suspended, or involved in an ongoing or pending case. Furthermore, the candidate must commit to teaching the Chinese language in various stages of general education according to the ministry's needs and work for a duration equivalent to their scholarship period. The candidate should not have previously received a scholarship or assignment decision and then withdrawn from it, apologized for it, or had it terminated during their employment period. The candidate must pass the personal interview at the relevant educational administration and the final interview at the ministry, complete the preparatory course in the Chinese language before joining the program, and pass the cultural compatibility assessment test.
