تنطلق في مدينة جدة خلال الفترة من 9 إلى 12 نوفمبر 2025م، فعاليات ومعرض ملتقى تاريخ الحج والحرمين الشريفين، الذي يأتي في إطار العناية الكبيرة التي توليها المملكة العربية السعودية بتوثيق وتأريخ الحج وخدمة الحرمين الشريفين عبر العصور، باعتبارها من أعظم الشعائر وأبرز الرموز الحضارية في التاريخ الإسلامي، وتأكيدًا لجهود القيادةفي دعم الأبحاث التاريخية والمعرفية التي توثق هذا الإرث الإسلامي العظيم وتقدّمه للعالم بصورة علمية حديثة تتماشى مع التحولات الرقمية والثقافية الراهنة.
ويشارك في الملتقى أكثر من 50 متحدثًا وخبيرًا من المختصين في مجالات التاريخ والعمارة والثقافة الإسلامية، ويُقدَّم خلاله أكثر من 10 جلسات علمية وحوارية تناقش مسارات الحج والحرمين الشريفين عبر التاريخ، وتوثّق التحولات العمرانية والثقافية التي شهدتها مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة منذ العصور الأولى وحتى العهد السعودي الزاهر.
ويتناول الملتقى عددًا من المحاور العلمية الرئيسة؛ حيث يركّز المحور الأول على تتبّع رحلة الحج عبر العصور من خلال الوثائق والمصادر والروايات التاريخية التي تؤرّخ لتطوّر الشعائر والخدمات والتنظيمات.
أما المحور الثاني فيتناول الهوية المعمارية والثقافية للحرمين الشريفين عبر تحليل الزخارف والنقوش والصور والمخطوطات التي تعكس جماليات العمارة الإسلامية ومكانتها الحضارية.
ويبحث المحور الثالث في توظيف التقنيات الحديثة في العرض والتوثيق، عبر استخدام الوسائط الرقمية والذكاء الاصطناعي والواقع المعزّز لتقديم تجربة معرفية تفاعلية تسهم في توسيع دائرة الوعي التاريخي والثقافي لدى المجتمع. فيما يركّز المحور الرابع على الدور الريادي للمملكة في خدمة الإسلام والمسلمين من خلال استعراض الجهود النوعية التي تبذلها الدولة في رعاية الحرمين الشريفين وتوثيق تاريخهما، بما يعزّز مكانة المملكة كمرجعية عالمية في خدمة ضيوف الرحمن.
ويهدف الملتقى إلى تعزيز الوعي بأهمية التوثيق العلمي لتاريخ الحج والحرمين الشريفين، ودعم البحث المتخصص في هذا المجال، وتحويل مخرجاته إلى محتوى معرفي وثقافي يمكن الإفادة منه في التعليم والإعلام والمجالات المتحفية.
ودعت دارة الملك عبدالعزيز الباحثين والمهتمين وعموم الجمهور إلى التسجيل والمشاركة في أعمال الملتقى عبر المنصات الرسمية، للإسهام في توثيق هذا الإرث الإسلامي الخالد، وترسيخ مكانة الحرمين الشريفين في الذاكرة الإنسانية، وتأكيد دور المملكة الريادي في حفظه وخدمته للأجيال القادمة.
The events and exhibition of the Historical Pilgrimage and the Two Holy Mosques Forum will take place in the city of Jeddah from November 9 to 12, 2025. This forum is part of the great care that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia gives to documenting and recording the pilgrimage and the service of the Two Holy Mosques throughout the ages, as it is one of the greatest rituals and the most prominent civilizational symbols in Islamic history. It also reaffirms the leadership's efforts to support historical and cognitive research that documents this great Islamic heritage and presents it to the world in a modern scientific manner that aligns with current digital and cultural transformations.
More than 50 speakers and experts specializing in the fields of history, architecture, and Islamic culture will participate in the forum, during which more than 10 scientific and dialogue sessions will be presented to discuss the pathways of pilgrimage and the Two Holy Mosques throughout history, documenting the urban and cultural transformations that Mecca and Medina have witnessed from the early ages until the prosperous Saudi era.
The forum addresses several main scientific axes; the first axis focuses on tracing the journey of pilgrimage through the ages by examining documents, sources, and historical narratives that chronicle the development of rituals, services, and organizations.
The second axis discusses the architectural and cultural identity of the Two Holy Mosques through the analysis of decorations, inscriptions, images, and manuscripts that reflect the aesthetics of Islamic architecture and its civilizational status.
The third axis explores the use of modern technologies in presentation and documentation, through the use of digital media, artificial intelligence, and augmented reality to provide an interactive knowledge experience that contributes to expanding the circle of historical and cultural awareness within the community. Meanwhile, the fourth axis focuses on the Kingdom's pioneering role in serving Islam and Muslims by showcasing the qualitative efforts made by the state in caring for the Two Holy Mosques and documenting their history, which enhances the Kingdom's status as a global reference in serving the guests of الرحمن.
The forum aims to enhance awareness of the importance of scientific documentation of the history of pilgrimage and the Two Holy Mosques, support specialized research in this field, and transform its outputs into knowledge and cultural content that can be utilized in education, media, and museum fields.
The King Abdulaziz Foundation has invited researchers, interested individuals, and the general public to register and participate in the forum's activities through the official platforms, to contribute to documenting this immortal Islamic heritage, solidifying the status of the Two Holy Mosques in human memory, and affirming the Kingdom's pioneering role in preserving and serving it for future generations.
