وجّه وزير العدل الدكتور وليد الصمعاني بإطلاق الإصدار الثاني من منصة «تراضي» التابعة لمركز المصالحة، في إطار جهود الوزارة للارتقاء بجودة خدمات المصالحة، وفق أفضل الممارسات المحلية والعالمية.
رفع جودة الخدمات
ويأتي الإصدار الجديد من تراضي امتداداً لمسيرة التطوير التي يشهدها القطاع العدلي، والحرص على تعزيز كفاءة منظومة المصالحة، ورفع جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمستفيدين، بما يسهم في تسريع إجراءات الصلح وتسهيل الوصول إليه.
ويستهدف الإصدار الثاني من منصة «تراضي» تنفيذ حزمة من التحسينات التطويرية، تسهم في تطبيق أعلى معايير الجودة في خدمات وإجراءات المصالحة، من خلال تعزيز الشفافية والموثوقية في بيئة رقمية آمنة، وبما ينعكس على رفع كفاءة تقديم الخدمة، وتحسين تجربة المستفيد، وزيادة مستويات الرضا.
وتمكن منصة «تراضي» أطراف الدعوى والمصلحين من منسوبي الوزارة أو المصلحين المعتمدين من عقد جلسات المصالحة حضورياً أو عن بُعد، عبر إجراءات مؤتمتة بالكامل تبدأ من تقديم الطلب وتنتهي بإصدار وثيقة الصلح، وتُعد وثائق الصلح الصادرة عن المنصة سندات تنفيذية يمكن تنفيذها عبر قضاء التنفيذ؛ مما يجعلها أداة موثوقة وفاعلة لحل النزاعات دون الحاجة للتقاضي.
The Minister of Justice, Dr. Walid Al-Samaani, has directed the launch of the second version of the "Tiradi" platform, which is affiliated with the Reconciliation Center, as part of the ministry's efforts to enhance the quality of reconciliation services in accordance with the best local and international practices.
Enhancing Service Quality
The new version of Tiradi comes as a continuation of the development journey witnessed by the judicial sector, with a focus on enhancing the efficiency of the reconciliation system and improving the quality of services provided to beneficiaries, which contributes to speeding up reconciliation procedures and facilitating access to them.
The second version of the "Tiradi" platform aims to implement a package of developmental improvements that contribute to applying the highest quality standards in reconciliation services and procedures, by enhancing transparency and reliability in a secure digital environment, which reflects on improving the efficiency of service delivery, enhancing the beneficiary experience, and increasing satisfaction levels.
The "Tiradi" platform enables the parties to the dispute and the mediators, whether from the ministry's staff or accredited mediators, to hold reconciliation sessions in person or remotely, through fully automated procedures that start from submitting the request and end with issuing the reconciliation document. The reconciliation documents issued by the platform are enforceable instruments that can be executed through enforcement courts, making them a reliable and effective tool for resolving disputes without the need for litigation.
