نظمت أمانة منطقة جازان، ممثلة في الإدارة العامة للمشاركة المجتمعية وتنمية القطاع غير الربحي، ملتقى «جازان الخضراء»، الذي يمثل مبادرة رائدة تهدف إلى ترسيخ مفهوم البيئة الخضراء ودعم المبادرات الفاعلة لزيادة الرقعة النباتية وتحقيق مستهدفات الاستدامة البيئية في المنطقة،
بحضور مدير عام الإدارة العامة للمشاركة المجتمعية وتنمية القطاع غير الربحي بالأمانة المهندس أحمد بن سالم خواجي، ومدير الإرشاد الزراعي بفرع وزارة البيئة والمياه والزراعة بجازان المهندس أحمد زيلعي، وعدد كبير من ممثلي الجهات الحكومية، ومديري المشاركة المجتمعية بالبلديات المرتبطة والقطاعات الخاصة والقطاع غير الربحي ذات الاختصاص، والمهتمين بالمجال الزراعي، وجمع كبير من المتطوعين والمتطوعات.
وشهد الملتقى جلسة حوارية ثرية بعنوان «التنمية الزراعية في منطقة جازان»، تناولت سبل تطوير القطاع الزراعي، واستعرضت دور الجهات المشاركة في دعم المزارعين وتمكين المشاريع الزراعية المستدامة، بهدف تحقيق أمن غذائي وبيئي مستدام للمنطقة.
كما تضمن الملتقى ورشة عمل تدريبية متخصصة تحت عنوان «غرس ونماء»، هدفت إلى تعزيز ثقافة الزراعة والعناية بالنباتات وتشجيع الممارسات البيئية المستدامة، حيث تم خلالها توزيع الشتلات الزراعية على الحضور، لتشجيعهم على المساهمة الفعلية في تخضير المنطقة.
وصاحب الملتقى معرض اشتمل على مشاركة فاعلة من عدد من الأركان التفاعلية للجمعيات ذات الاختصاص، وركن فريق غيث التطوعي، وركن خاص بالشتلات والطفل، إضافة إلى مشاركات من القطاعات الخاصة، ما أضفى بعداً تفاعلياً وغنياً على الحدث.
وفي ختام الملتقى، تم تكريم الجهات المشاركة والداعمين نظير جهودهم ومساهمتهم في إنجاح فعاليات الملتقى، وذلك بتقديم شهادات الشكر والدروع التذكارية.
The Jazan Region Municipality, represented by the General Administration for Community Participation and the Development of the Non-Profit Sector, organized the "Green Jazan" forum, which represents a pioneering initiative aimed at establishing the concept of a green environment and supporting effective initiatives to increase vegetation cover and achieve environmental sustainability targets in the region.
This event was attended by the Director General of the General Administration for Community Participation and the Development of the Non-Profit Sector at the municipality, Engineer Ahmed bin Salem Khawaji, the Director of Agricultural Guidance at the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture branch in Jazan, Engineer Ahmed Zailai, a large number of representatives from government agencies, directors of community participation in related municipalities, as well as representatives from the private sector and the relevant non-profit sector, agricultural enthusiasts, and a large group of volunteers.
The forum featured a rich dialogue session titled "Agricultural Development in the Jazan Region," which discussed ways to develop the agricultural sector and reviewed the role of participating entities in supporting farmers and empowering sustainable agricultural projects, with the aim of achieving sustainable food and environmental security for the region.
The forum also included a specialized training workshop titled "Planting and Growth," aimed at enhancing the culture of agriculture and caring for plants and encouraging sustainable environmental practices. During this workshop, agricultural seedlings were distributed to attendees to encourage them to actively contribute to greening the region.
Accompanying the forum was an exhibition that included active participation from several interactive booths of specialized associations, a booth for the Ghaith volunteer team, a special booth for seedlings and children, in addition to contributions from the private sector, which added an interactive and rich dimension to the event.
At the conclusion of the forum, participating entities and supporters were honored for their efforts and contributions to the success of the forum's activities, with certificates of appreciation and commemorative shields presented to them.
