كشفت منصة «أبشر» عن إتاحة خدمة إلكترونية لتمكين أم المواطن المقيمة من تجديد «هوية مقيم» بكل يسر وسهولة عبر المنصة، دون الحاجة إلى مراجعة الجهات المختصة.
وأوضحت منصة «أبشر» أن هذه الخدمة تأتي في إطار جهود وزارة الداخلية لتعزيز التحول الرقمي وتطوير الخدمات الإلكترونية المقدمة للمواطنين والمقيمين، بما يسهم في رفع كفاءة الإجراءات وتسهيل الوصول إليها.
وأشارت منصة «أبشر» إلى أن خطوات تنفيذ الخدمة تتم عبر الدخول إلى المنصة واختيار: خدماتي، الجوازات، خدمات هوية مقيم، ثم تجديد هوية مقيم.
The "Absher" platform has revealed the availability of an electronic service that enables the resident mother of a citizen to renew the "Resident Identity" easily and conveniently through the platform, without the need to visit the relevant authorities.
The "Absher" platform clarified that this service comes as part of the Ministry of Interior's efforts to enhance digital transformation and develop the electronic services provided to citizens and residents, contributing to improving the efficiency of procedures and facilitating access to them.
The "Absher" platform indicated that the steps to implement the service are done by logging into the platform and selecting: My Services, Passports, Resident Identity Services, then Renew Resident Identity.
