افتتح الأمين العام لرابطة العالم الإسلامي رئيس هيئة علماء المسلمين الشيخ الدكتور محمد العيسى، في «إسلام أباد» الملتقى الثاني لعُلماء باكستان، بعنوان: «تنسيق المواقف ووحدة الكلمة».
وقد أشاد معاليه بالبيان الختامي وما اشتمل عليه من مضامين تعكس الأُفق الواسع والراسخ لعلماء باكستان، منوّهاً بما تضمَّنَه من الإشادة باتفاقية التعاون المشترك بين المملكة العربية السعودية وجمهورية باكستان الإسلامية، والتنويه بقيادة المملكة العربية السعودية بالتعاون مع الجمهورية الفرنسية في جهودها لحَلّ الدَّولتين، وما أسفرَ عنه من نجاحٍ دبلوماسيٍّ استثنائي.
The Secretary-General of the Muslim World League and Chairman of the Association of Muslim Scholars, Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa, inaugurated the second gathering of scholars from Pakistan in "Islamabad," titled: "Coordinating Positions and Unity of Word."
His Excellency praised the final statement and its contents, which reflect the broad and solid perspective of the scholars of Pakistan, noting the appreciation expressed for the agreement on joint cooperation between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and highlighting the leadership of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in collaboration with the French Republic in its efforts for a two-state solution, which has resulted in exceptional diplomatic success.
