تنفيذ حُكم القتل حداً في مواطن لارتكابه جرائم إرهابية

Today, the Ministry of Interior issued a statement regarding the implementation of the death penalty for Muhammad bin Hussein bin Ali Al Ammar (Saudi national) for committing terrorist crimes, which included participating in terrorist operations that resulted in the deaths of two security personnel, in addition to the kidnapping and murder of the judge in the Awqaf and Inheritance Department in the Qatif Governorate, Muhammad bin Abdullah Al Jirani, as well as the bombing of oil pipelines, manufacturing explosives, possessing weapons, and financing terrorist activities that disrupt the security and stability of society.

Thanks to God, the security authorities were able to arrest the mentioned individual, and the investigation with him led to the accusation of committing those crimes. He was referred to the competent court, which issued a ruling confirming the charges against him and sentenced him to death for highway robbery. The ruling became final after being appealed and subsequently upheld by the Supreme Court, and a royal decree was issued to enforce what was legally decided. The death penalty was carried out against the perpetrator today, Thursday, in the Eastern Province.

The Ministry of Interior announces this to affirm to everyone the Saudi Arabian government's commitment to maintaining security, achieving justice, and implementing Islamic law against anyone who transgresses against the safe or sheds their blood, violating their right to life and security. At the same time, it warns anyone who might consider such actions that the legal punishment will be their fate.
