وزير العدل والسفير الصيني يبحثان تعزيز التعاون في المجالات العدلية والقانونية

The Minister of Justice, Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani, received today in his office in Riyadh, the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to the Kingdom, Zhang Hua, to discuss ways to enhance cooperation between the two countries in judicial and legal fields.

During the meeting, opportunities for judicial cooperation between the two countries were discussed, along with common topics, with appreciation for the existing cooperation and a desire to enhance future partnership in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

Dr. Al-Samaani reviewed the developments taking place in the judicial facility in the Kingdom, supported by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and under the supervision and follow-up of the Crown Prince, Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz.

He pointed out the most notable judicial developments in the Kingdom, including the documentation of sessions by audio and video, the development of electronic litigation, the activation of the preventive justice system, and the enhancement of the efficiency of judicial personnel through several developmental initiatives.

This meeting comes as a continuation of strengthening judicial partnership and a confirmation of both sides' commitment to developing it in a way that serves mutual interests and enhances cooperation between the two countries in the judicial field.
