أعلنت الهيئة السعودية للمقيّمين المعتمدين «تقييم»، منصة المرجع السعري للمركبات «مَرجِع»، وهي منصة إلكترونية مرجعية موحدة على المستوى الوطني، تتيح للأفراد والجهات الحكومية وشركات التأمين والتمويل والأفراد الحصول على أسعار استرشادية للمركبات، متوافقة مع التغيرات المستمرة في السوق.
وتهدف الهيئة إلى أن تكون منصة «مَرجِع»، مرجعا استرشاديا لأسعار المركبات في المملكة، وتسهم في توحيد مرجعية التسعير لقطاع السيارات، ومساعدة المستفيدين لاتخاذ قرارات مالية أكثر وعيا، بعيدا عن التسعيرات العشوائية والتفاوتات غير المبررة في الأسعار.
وأكّدت الهيئة أن منصة «مَرجِع» توفر أسعارا استرشادية للمركبات الجديدة والمستعملة، بالاعتماد على تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي وتعلم الآلة، عبر واجهات مستخدم مصممة بعناية، تتيح للمستفيد الوصول إلى الخدمة بيسر وسرعة، سواء من خلال إدخال الرقم التسلسلي للمركبة أو عبر بياناتها الأساسية، مما يجعل تجربة التقييم واضحة وسلسة للجميع، وتقوم المنصة على جمع بيانات المركبات من مصادر متعددة وموثوقة تشمل السجلات الحكومية، والمعلومات الفعلية مثل المسافة المقطوعة وسجل الحوادث وتاريخ الملكيات، وتُحلَّل هذه البيانات بدقة قبل أن تعرض للمستخدم سعرا استرشاديا فوريا للمركبة.
The Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers, "Taqeem," has announced the launch of the vehicle price reference platform "Marji'," which is a unified electronic reference platform at the national level. It allows individuals, government entities, insurance and financing companies, and individuals to obtain indicative prices for vehicles, in line with the ongoing changes in the market.
The authority aims for the "Marji'" platform to serve as a reference for vehicle prices in the Kingdom, contributing to the standardization of pricing references for the automotive sector, and helping beneficiaries make more informed financial decisions, away from arbitrary pricing and unjustified price discrepancies.
The authority confirmed that the "Marji'" platform provides indicative prices for both new and used vehicles, relying on artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, through carefully designed user interfaces that allow beneficiaries to access the service easily and quickly, whether by entering the vehicle's serial number or through its basic data. This makes the evaluation experience clear and smooth for everyone. The platform collects vehicle data from multiple reliable sources, including government records and actual information such as mileage, accident history, and ownership history. This data is analyzed accurately before presenting an immediate indicative price for the vehicle to the user.
