أعلنت NHC إطلاق خدمة شبكة الألياف البصرية (FTTH) في وجهة «خيالا» شمال جدة، وذلك في إطار جهودها لتعزيز البنية التحتية ودعم حلول المدن الذكية في وجهاتها. وتوفّر الخدمة الجديدة إمكانية الحصول على الإنترنت بسرعات عالية عبر مزوّدي خدمة الفايبر، بما يسهم في الارتقاء بالتجربة السكنية وتعزيز جودة الحياة داخل الوجهة.
وتُعد الوجهة من أبرز الوجهات السكنية التي تطورها NHC في محافظة جدة، حيث تمتد على مساحة تتجاوز 1.5 مليون متر مربع، وتضم أكثر من 3,900 وحدة سكنية بتصاميم عصرية تلبي مختلف التطلعات. كما تتميز بموقع إستراتيجي يربطها بأهم معالم مدينة جدة وطرقها الرئيسية، إضافة إلى تكامل المرافق الأساسية والترفيهية وانتشار الحدائق والمتنزهات التي تضفي على المكان طابعا حيويا متجددا.

The new service provides access to high-speed internet through fiber service providers, contributing to an improved residential experience and enhancing the quality of life within the destination.
The destination is one of the most prominent residential areas being developed by NHC in Jeddah Governorate, covering an area of over 1.5 million square meters and comprising more than 3,900 residential units with modern designs that meet various aspirations. It also features a strategic location that connects it to the main landmarks and roads of Jeddah, in addition to the integration of essential and recreational facilities and the presence of parks and green spaces that give the area a vibrant and refreshing character.
