وزير الخارجية يلتقي الأمين العام لمنظمة الأمم المتحدة

Today, Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah met with the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, on the sidelines of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York City, United States of America.

During the meeting, they reviewed the paths of cooperation between the Kingdom and the United Nations, the importance of enhancing multilateral efforts to address rapidly evolving global challenges, and discussed mechanisms for international cooperation in light of humanitarian crises and regional conflicts. They also aimed to elevate the organization's work to be an inclusive platform that supports just humanitarian causes and provides assistance to the world's peoples, ensuring the achievement of security, stability, and prosperity.

Attending the meeting were the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Multilateral International Affairs and General Supervisor of the Ministry's Public Diplomacy Agency, Dr. Abdulrahman bin Ibrahim Al-Rassi; the Minister of Foreign Affairs' Political Advisor, Prince Musab bin Mohammed Al-Farhan; the Kingdom's Permanent Representative to the United Nations in New York, Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al-Wasil; the Foreign Minister's Advisor, Mohammed Al-Yahya; and the Minister Plenipotentiary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Manal Radwan.
