حسام بن سعود ووزير الصحة يستعرضان استكمال 8 مشروعات في الباحة

The Governor of Al-Baha Region, Prince Dr. Hussam bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, met yesterday (Wednesday) at the ministry's headquarters in Riyadh with the Minister of Health, Fahd bin Abdulrahman Al-Jalajel. He appreciated the support and attention the leadership gives to the development of the health sector, emphasizing the importance of enhancing the health system in the region, providing health needs for the residents, and expanding the scope of services and integrated care.

During the meeting, the health system projects within the comprehensive development plan were reviewed, along with the key health indicators in Al-Baha Region, in addition to the projects currently being implemented. Eight health projects are being completed, including the finalization of the development of the diagnosis and delivery center at Al-Hajrah Hospital, and the commencement of the implementation of Al-Ghawth Health Center.

The health needs in the region were also discussed, and the mechanism for addressing projects that require support was examined, in addition to supporting the health system in the region with personnel and medical equipment, as well as specialized medical projects.

A number of officials from the emirate, the strategic office for the development of Al-Baha Region, ministry undersecretaries, and leaders of health sectors attended the meeting.
