أظهرت بيانات «أداء الصحة» أن 91% من مراجعي أقسام الطوارئ تمّت خدمتهم في أقل من أربع ساعات في 2024، مقارنة بـ85% في عام 2022، نتيجة لتعزيز الطاقة السريرية، ورعاية الفورية.
وفي خدمات الأمومة والطفولة، سُجلت زيادة في نسبة الالتزام بالرضاعة الطبيعية بلغت 23%، ما أسهم في تعزيز صحة الأمهات والأطفال، كما تحقق تحسن عددٍ من مؤشرات رعاية وسلامة المواليد بنسب تجاوزت 22 %.
وعلى صعيد العمليات، نُفذت أكثر من 11,300 عملية في أسبوع واحد، وهو رقم قياسي يعكس كفاءة التخطيط السريري وسرعة الوصول للخدمة، وانخفض معدل التنويم بالمستشفيات إلى نحو 4 أيام في 2024 مقارنة بـ5.5 أيام في 2017، بنسبة تحسن بلغت 27%، وتراجع متوسط انتظار العمليات من 53 يوماً في 2022 إلى 21 يوماً في 2024، بانخفاض وصلت نسبته إلى 60%، فيما هبط متوسط انتظار العيادات التخصصية من 23 يوماً إلى 16 يوماً خلال الفترة نفسها، بنسبة انخفاض بلغت 30%. وتجسد هذه النتائج تقدماً في عددٍ من مؤشرات «أداء الصحة» -المنصة التي تقيس أداء مقدمي الخدمات الصحية وتتيح التنافس في عدة مسارات معلنة-، جاء هذا التقدم خلال عامي 2023 – 2024، ما انعكس على جودة الخدمات، وسرعة الاستجابة، ورضا المستفيدين في مختلف مناطق المملكة.

The "Health Performance" data showed that 91% of emergency department visitors were served in less than four hours in 2024, compared to 85% in 2022, due to enhanced clinical capacity and immediate care.
In maternal and child services, there was a recorded increase in the adherence to breastfeeding by 23%, which contributed to improving the health of mothers and children. Additionally, several indicators of newborn care and safety improved by more than 22%.
In terms of surgeries, more than 11,300 operations were performed in one week, a record number that reflects the efficiency of clinical planning and the speed of service access. The average hospital stay decreased to about 4 days in 2024 compared to 5.5 days in 2017, representing an improvement of 27%. The average waiting time for surgeries dropped from 53 days in 2022 to 21 days in 2024, a decrease of 60%. Meanwhile, the average waiting time for specialized clinics fell from 23 days to 16 days during the same period, with a reduction of 30%. These results represent progress in several indicators of "Health Performance" - the platform that measures the performance of healthcare providers and allows competition in various announced pathways - which occurred during the years 2023-2024, reflecting positively on the quality of services, response speed, and beneficiary satisfaction across different regions of the Kingdom.
