أكدت وزارة التعليم ضرورة الالتزام التام بالتعليمات المنظمة للتعامل مع الحالات الطارئة أو الخاصة أو المرضية للأطفال. وشددت على معلمات رياض الأطفال أهمية اتباع الإجراءات النظامية عند الاشتباه بأي حالة عنف أو أي نوع من أنواع الإيذاء، وذلك استناداً إلى التعاميم المنظمة لذلك، بما يضمن توفير بيئة تعليمية وتربوية آمنة وصحية.
وأكدت الوزارة ضمن جملة من التعليمات الواردة في الدليل التنظيمي، أن من أولويات مهمات المعلمة احترام الطفل ومعاملته معاملة تربوية تحقق له الأمن والطمأنينة، وتنم~ي شخصيته وتشعره بقيمته، مع مراعاة مواهبه واهتماماته، وغرس حب المعرفة والسلوك الحميد في نفسه، وتربيته على المودة للآخرين والاستقامة والثقة بالنفس.
ونبهت الوزارة إلى أهمية التعامل مع الطفل بطريقة تربوية تراعي خصائصه العمرية، وتغرس فيه حب التعلم والتواصل الإيجابي مع محيطه. وضرورة تفعيل منهج رياض الأطفال المعتمد والتخطيط للبرنامج الأسبوعي واليومي وتنفيذه، مع تطبيق الممارسات النمائية والأنشطة والوسائل التعليمية المصاحبة، وتنمية جوانب الإبداع لدى الأطفال وتعزيزها.
وأكد الدليل وجوب تقويم الطفل بشكل مستمر وقياس نواتج التعلم ومتابعة تطور جوانب النمو المختلفة، مع تقديم النتائج والتوصيات وتقديم التغذية الراجعة لهم، وفي حال تطلّب الأمر دعماً إضافياً لنمو الطفل أو ظهرت لديه مشكلات سلوكية، دراسة الحالة لتوفير الرعاية النفسية والاجتماعية للأطفال الموهوبين أو ممن لديهم مشكلات سلوكية، والتبليغ عن الحالات الطارئة أو الخاصة أو المرضية، واتباع الإجراءات النظامية عند الاشتباه بحالة عنف أو أي نوع من الإيذاء، وفق التعاميم المنظمة لذلك.
وأكدت أن من مسؤوليات المعلمة القيام بأعمال المناوبة والإشراف على الأطفال في الفصل قبل الاصطفاف الصباحي بـ15 دقيقة وبعد نهايته بما لا يزيد على 30 دقيقة، والمشاركة في الاصطفاف الصباحي وتفعيل نشيد العلم وتحيته، إضافة إلى المشاركة في الإشراف اليومي على الأطفال عند قلة عدد الموظفات الإداريات في المدرسة عن خمس موظفات، وشغل حصص الانتظار وفق الجدول المعد والمعتمد من مديرة المدرسة.
وحول المؤهلات المطلوبة للوظيفة، هي شهادة جامعية في تخصص رياض الأطفال، إلى جانب امتلاك مهارات الوظيفة التقنية، التفكير المرن، الانتماء، الإنجاز، تطوير الذات، وضبط النفس، وأن مجموع ساعات عمل المعلمة الأسبوعية لا يقل عن 35 ساعة، مع الاستعداد لسد أي عجز طارئ وفق توجيه إدارة المدرسة، وإعداد البحوث التخصصية أو التربوية والاستفادة من نتائجها، وتنفيذ البحوث الإجرائية من قبل المعلم الخبير، إلى جانب التعاون مع مقدمي خدمات دعم التميز المدرسي، والتعامل الإيجابي مع توصياتهم. والتأكيد على بناء علاقة إيجابية مع أسر الأطفال لدعم جوانب نموهم وتعزيز قدراتهم ومهاراتهم.

The Ministry of Education emphasized the necessity of complete adherence to the instructions governing the handling of emergency, special, or medical cases involving children. It stressed the importance for kindergarten teachers to follow the regulatory procedures when suspecting any case of violence or any form of abuse, based on the circulars organized for this purpose, ensuring a safe and healthy educational and developmental environment.
The ministry confirmed, within a series of instructions included in the organizational guide, that one of the teacher's priorities is to respect the child and treat them in an educational manner that ensures their security and reassurance, develops their personality, and makes them feel valued, while considering their talents and interests, instilling a love of knowledge and good behavior in them, and nurturing them to be affectionate towards others, upright, and self-confident.
The ministry warned about the importance of dealing with the child in an educational manner that takes into account their age characteristics, instilling in them a love for learning and positive communication with their surroundings. It is essential to activate the approved kindergarten curriculum and plan for the weekly and daily program and implement it, along with applying developmental practices and accompanying educational activities and tools, and enhancing the aspects of creativity among children.
The guide confirmed the necessity of continuously assessing the child, measuring learning outcomes, and monitoring the development of various growth aspects, providing results and recommendations, and giving them feedback. If additional support for the child's development is required or if behavioral problems arise, the case should be studied to provide psychological and social care for gifted children or those with behavioral issues, and report emergency, special, or medical cases, following the regulatory procedures when suspecting a case of violence or any form of abuse, according to the organized circulars.
It confirmed that one of the teacher's responsibilities is to perform supervision duties and oversee the children in the classroom 15 minutes before the morning assembly and no more than 30 minutes after it ends, participate in the morning assembly and activate the national anthem and salute, in addition to participating in the daily supervision of children when the number of administrative staff in the school is less than five employees, and cover waiting periods according to the schedule prepared and approved by the school principal.
Regarding the qualifications required for the job, a university degree in early childhood education is necessary, along with possessing the technical job skills, flexible thinking, belonging, achievement, self-development, and self-control. The total weekly working hours for the teacher should not be less than 35 hours, with readiness to fill any emergency gaps as directed by the school administration, preparing specialized or educational research and benefiting from its results, implementing action research by the experienced teacher, as well as cooperating with providers of school excellence support services and positively engaging with their recommendations. It also emphasizes building a positive relationship with the children's families to support their growth aspects and enhance their abilities and skills.
