بعث خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز برقية عزاء ومواساة، لرئيس مجلس السيادة الانتقالي بجمهورية السودان الفريق الأول الركن عبدالفتاح البرهان عبدالرحمن البرهان، في ضحايا الانزلاق الأرضي الذي وقع في جبل مرة غرب بلاده.
وقال الملك سلمان: «علمنا بنبأ وقوع انزلاق أرضي بجبل مرة غرب جمهورية السودان، وما نتج عنه من وفيات وإصابات، وإننا إذ نبعث لكم ولأسر المتوفين ولشعب جمهورية السودان الشقيق أحر التعازي وأصدق المواساة، لنسأل المولى سبحانه وتعالى أن يتغمّد المتوفين بواسع رحمته ومغفرته، ويلهم ذويهم الصبر والسلوان، وأن يمنّ على المصابين بالشفاء العاجل، ويحفظكم وشعب جمهورية السودان من كل سوء ومكروه، إنه سميع مجيب».
وبعث خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز برقيتي تهنئة، للحاكمين العامين لجمهورية سان مارينو دينيس برونزيتي، وإيتالو ريغي، بمناسبة ذكرى اليوم الوطني لبلدهما.
وأعرب الملك سلمان، عن أصدق التهاني وأطيب التمنيات بالصحة والسعادة للحاكمين دينيس برونزيتي وإيتالو ريغي ولحكومة وشعب جمهورية سان مارينو الصديق اطراد التقدم والازدهار.

King Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, sent a telegram of condolence and sympathy to the Chairman of the Transitional Sovereign Council of the Republic of Sudan, Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan Abdulrahman Al-Burhan, regarding the victims of the landslide that occurred in Jebel Marra in the west of his country.
King Salman said: "We have learned of the news of the landslide in Jebel Marra in the west of the Republic of Sudan, and the resulting fatalities and injuries. As we send you and the families of the deceased, as well as the brotherly people of the Republic of Sudan, our deepest condolences and sincerest sympathy, we ask Almighty God to envelop the deceased in His vast mercy and forgiveness, to inspire their families with patience and solace, and to grant the injured a speedy recovery. May He protect you and the people of the Republic of Sudan from all harm and misfortune. Indeed, He is All-Hearing and Responsive."
King Salman bin Abdulaziz also sent two telegrams of congratulations to the Governors General of the Republic of San Marino, Denis Bonifazi and Italo Reggiani, on the occasion of their country's National Day.
King Salman expressed his sincerest congratulations and best wishes for health and happiness to Governors Denis Bonifazi and Italo Reggiani, and to the government and people of the friendly Republic of San Marino for continued progress and prosperity.
