وقّع وزير الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية المهندس أحمد بن سليمان الراجحي، اليوم (الأربعاء)، مذكرة تفاهم مع نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الدولة لشؤون مجلس الوزراء بدولة الكويت شريدة بن عبدالله المعوشرجي، للتعاون في مجال شؤون الخدمة المدنية والتنمية الإدارية. وجاء التوقيع على هامش اجتماع اللجنة الوزارية للخدمة المدنية لدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي المنعقد في دولة الكويت، بهدف تعزيز التعاون بين الجانبين في عدد من المجالات، من أبرزها؛ التطوير الإداري والتدريب، أنظمة القدرات والكفاءات وقواعد السلوك الوظيفي، تخطيط القوى العاملة والتعاقب الوظيفي، تطوير القيادات، التحول إلى مفهوم إدارة الموارد البشرية.
وتأتي هذه الخطوة امتداداً لجهود وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية في بناء وتعزيز العلاقات مع الوزارات النظيرة بدول العالم، وتوسيع مجالات التعاون الفني الثنائي، بما يسهم في تحقيق الأهداف المشتركة ويعزز التنمية المستدامة.
The Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Engineer Ahmed bin Suleiman Al-Rajhi, today (Wednesday) signed a memorandum of understanding with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs of the State of Kuwait, Sherida bin Abdullah Al-Muasharji, to cooperate in the field of civil service affairs and administrative development. The signing took place on the sidelines of the meeting of the Ministerial Committee for Civil Service of the Gulf Cooperation Council held in the State of Kuwait, with the aim of enhancing cooperation between the two sides in several areas, most notably; administrative development and training, systems of competencies and capabilities, codes of conduct, workforce planning and succession, leadership development, and the transition to the concept of human resource management.
This step comes as an extension of the efforts of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in building and strengthening relationships with counterpart ministries around the world, and expanding areas of bilateral technical cooperation, which contributes to achieving common goals and enhancing sustainable development.
