The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's deepest condolences and sympathy to the families of the deceased following the earthquake that occurred in eastern Afghanistan, resulting in a number of fatalities.

It expressed the Kingdom's solidarity with its brothers in Afghanistan in this great tragedy, along with its sincere wishes for a speedy recovery for the injured.
