رصدت المؤسسة العامة للتدريب التقني والمهني (288) مخالفة في منشآت التدريب الأهلية، خلال النصف الأول من العام الحالي، وتمّ التعامل معها حسب الأنظمة الخاصة بذلك.
وأوضح المتحدث باسم المؤسسة فهد العتيبي، أن أبرز المخالفات المرصودة هي: وجود هيئة تدريبية أو إدارية غير معتمدة من المؤسسة، الإخلال بشرط من شروط الإعلانات، التلاعب بالبيانات المسجلة في المنشأة التدريبية من سجلات ووثائق ونتائج، عدم تقيد المنشأة بأي من ضوابط وتعليمات التدريب، عدم تجديد الرخصة في الفترة النظامية المحددة، مشيرًا إلى أن المؤسسة تتابع أداء منشآت التدريب الأهلية بشكل مستمر، وتتأكد من تطبيقها لمعايير الجودة، وتقدم كافة التسهيلات وتشجع القطاع الخاص على الاستثمار في التدريب الأهلي، وتدعم فرص التطوير والنمو في هذا القطاع، مبينا أن المؤسسة منحت (194) رخصة لمنشآت تدريبية أهلية جديدة خلال ذات الفترة ذاتها بعد استيفاء كافة الشروط للترخيص، إضافةً إلى منح (237) بطاقة مدرب معتمد، والتي تمكّن الأفراد المستوفين للشروط من مزاولة نشاط التدريب ضمن منشآت تدريبية أهلية مرخصة.
يُشار الى ان إجمالي عدد المختبرين للاختبارين الشامل والتأهيلي (36705) متدربين ومتدربات في النصف الأول من العام الحالي.
The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation recorded (288) violations in private training institutions during the first half of the current year, and these were addressed according to the relevant regulations.
The spokesperson for the corporation, Fahd Al-Otaibi, explained that the most notable violations observed include: the presence of a training or administrative body not accredited by the corporation, breaching one of the advertising conditions, tampering with the data recorded in the training institution's records, documents, and results, non-compliance by the institution with any of the training regulations and instructions, and failure to renew the license within the specified legal period. He pointed out that the corporation continuously monitors the performance of private training institutions, ensures their compliance with quality standards, provides all necessary facilities, encourages the private sector to invest in private training, and supports development and growth opportunities in this sector. He noted that the corporation granted (194) licenses to new private training institutions during the same period after meeting all licensing conditions, in addition to issuing (237) certified trainer cards, which enable qualified individuals to engage in training activities within licensed private training institutions.
It is worth mentioning that the total number of candidates for the comprehensive and qualifying exams was (36,705) trainees in the first half of the current year.
