رعى وزير العدل الدكتور وليد بن محمد الصمعاني، حفل تخريج دفعة جديدة تضم نحو 2900 متدرب ومتدربة من برنامج تأهيل المحامين والدبلوم العالي للمحاماة التي يقدمها مركز التدريب العدلي، في مدينة الرياض.
واستهل الصمعاني كلمته برفع أسمى آيات الشكر والعرفان لمقام خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، ولولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان، على ما يحظى به المرفق العدلي من دعم كريم ورعاية مستمرة، انعكست على جودة مخرجاته وتطوير كوادره.
وأكد وزير العدل أن الوزارة، وامتداداً لرؤية المملكة 2030، ماضية عبر مركز التدريب العدلي في إطلاق مبادرات نوعية تهدف إلى الارتقاء بالمستوى القانوني والمهني، وتجويد المخرجات القضائية، وترسيخ العدالة الوقائية. من خلال برامج متخصصة، مثل برنامج تأهيل المحامين، والدبلوم العالي للدراسات القضائية، ودبلومات القانون الجنائي والمدني.
وأضاف أن هذه البرامج تمثل رافداً أساسياً لبناء كفاءات قانونية مؤهلة ومزودة بالمعرفة والمهارات النوعية، لتكون ركيزة أساسية في تعزيز المنظومة العدلية.
ووجه كلمة للخريجين والخريجات، قال فيها: ألمس فيكم عزيمة صادقة وهمة عالية لخوض مرحلة جديدة من مسيرتكم المهنية، بروح مفعمة بالانتماء والطموح، لمواصلة التعلم والانفتاح على أدوات الابتكار، وتقديم خدمات عدلية حديثة وفاعلة، تسهم في تحقيق مستهدفات هذا الوطن الطموح، في ظل الاهتمام الذي يجده المرفق العدلي من ولي العهد.
ويعد مركز التدريب العدلي منصة رائدة في مجال التأهيل والتدريب القانوني، يساهم في بناء المنظومة العدلية وتطويرها، عبر برامج تأهيلية وتدريبية عالية الجودة، ومعايير مهنية معتمدة، تعزز من موثوقيته، وترسخ مكانته محلياً ودولياً.
The Minister of Justice, Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani, sponsored the graduation ceremony of a new batch comprising approximately 2,900 male and female trainees from the Lawyers Qualification Program and the Higher Diploma in Law, offered by the Judicial Training Center in Riyadh.
Al-Samaani began his speech by expressing the highest gratitude and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and to the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman, for the generous support and continuous care that the judicial facility receives, which has reflected on the quality of its outputs and the development of its personnel.
The Minister of Justice confirmed that the ministry, in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030, is moving forward through the Judicial Training Center to launch qualitative initiatives aimed at elevating the legal and professional level, improving judicial outputs, and establishing preventive justice. This is achieved through specialized programs, such as the Lawyers Qualification Program, the Higher Diploma in Judicial Studies, and diplomas in criminal and civil law.
He added that these programs represent a fundamental pillar for building qualified legal competencies equipped with knowledge and qualitative skills, to be a cornerstone in enhancing the judicial system.
He addressed the graduates, saying: "I sense in you a sincere determination and high ambition to embark on a new phase of your professional journey, with a spirit filled with belonging and aspiration, to continue learning and embracing innovative tools, and to provide modern and effective judicial services that contribute to achieving the aspirations of this ambitious nation, in light of the attention the judicial facility receives from the Crown Prince."
