اكتمل وصول وحدات القوات المسلحة السعودية إلى جمهورية مصر العربية الشقيقة، للمشاركة في تمرين «النجم الساطع 2025» الذي تستضيفه القوات المسلحة المصرية بمشاركة قوات عدد من الدول الشقيقة والصديقة.
وأوضح رئيس هيئة تدريب وتطوير القوات المسلحة اللواء الركن عادل بن محمد البلوي أن مشاركة القوات المسلحة السعودية في التمرين تأتي ضمن التوجيه التدريبي للقوات المسلحة للفترة التدريبة (1446هـ/1447هـ) للتمارين المشتركة والمختلطة داخل المملكة وخارجها، مبيناً أن التمرين يهدف إلى تعزيز التوافق العملياتي وتكامل القوات المشتركة متعددة الجنسيات، ورفع مستوى الجاهزية للقوات المسلحة.
وأشار إلى أن القوات المسلحة السعودية تشارك في التمرين بقوات فعلية من أفرعها الرئيسية: القوات البرية، والقوات البحرية، والقوات الجوية، وقوات الدفاع الجوي، مؤكداً أن هذه المشاركة تأتي استكمالاً لسلسلة من التمارين المشتركة مع الدول الشقيقة والصديقة، بما يسهم في تعزيز التعاون والمواءمة العملياتية وتطوير العمل العسكري المشترك.
يُذكر أن تمرين «النجم الساطع» يُعد من أكبر التمارين العسكرية متعددة الجنسيات في المنطقة، بمشاركة عدد من الدول والمنظمات الدولية، ويهدف إلى رفع مستوى الكفاءة القتالية وتعزيز الشراكات العسكرية بين الدول المشاركة.
The arrival of the Saudi Armed Forces units to the sisterly Arab Republic of Egypt has been completed, to participate in the exercise "Bright Star 2025," which is hosted by the Egyptian Armed Forces with the participation of forces from several brotherly and friendly countries.
The Chairman of the Training and Development Authority of the Armed Forces, Major General Adel bin Mohammed Al-Balawi, explained that the participation of the Saudi Armed Forces in the exercise comes as part of the training directives for the Armed Forces for the training period (1446H/1447H) for joint and mixed exercises both inside and outside the Kingdom. He indicated that the exercise aims to enhance operational compatibility and the integration of multinational joint forces, as well as to raise the level of readiness of the Armed Forces.
He pointed out that the Saudi Armed Forces are participating in the exercise with actual forces from its main branches: land forces, naval forces, air forces, and air defense forces, emphasizing that this participation is a continuation of a series of joint exercises with brotherly and friendly countries, contributing to enhancing cooperation, operational alignment, and developing joint military work.
It is worth noting that the "Bright Star" exercise is considered one of the largest multinational military exercises in the region, with the participation of several countries and international organizations, aiming to raise the level of combat efficiency and strengthen military partnerships among the participating countries.
