أثنى مجلس الوزراء، برئاسة خادم الحرمين الشريفين، في جلسته أمس (الثلاثاء)، على التفاعل المجتمعي الواسع مع الحملة الوطنية السنويّة للتبرّع بالدم، التي أطلقها ولي العهد بهدف ترسيخ قيم العمل الإنساني، وتحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي من الدم ومكوناته؛ لضمان توفير إمدادات آمنة ومستدامة تلبّي حاجات المستفيدين في جميع مناطق المملكة.
وشهدت الحملة تسابق المواطنين والمقيمين إلى مراكز التبرّع في تفاعل لافت انطلق من الوعي الكبير بأهمية التبرّع الطوعي والإسهام في إنقاد الأرواح بتوفير وحدات دماء كافية في خطوة إنسانية غير مستغربة من المجتمع الذي ينطلق في سعيه من مبادئ الدين الإسلامي والقيم التي تأسّست عليها المملكة العربية السعودية في التكافل والتعاون والتعاضد. وتفاعلت الجهات المعنية مع الحملة الإنسانية بتوفير كل المعينات والآليات التي تسهّل عمليات التبرع ووصول المتبرعين إلى المراكز بكل يسر، وفعّلت وزارة الصحة تطبيقاتها الإلكترونية في هذا الشأن.
وتهدف الحملة إلى رفع نسبة التبرّع الطوعي بالدم إلى 100% من إجمالي المتبرعين، تحقيقاً لمستهدفات رؤية 2030 في بناء مجتمع حيوي يتمتع برعاية صحية متكاملة، وضمان الاكتفاء الذاتي من الدم. وجسّد تبرّع ولي العهد بالدم رسالةً إنسانيةً عميقةً تعزّز المشاركة المجتمعية، وتؤكد أهمية المبادرات التطوعية امتداداً للمواقف الإنسانية السخيّة للقيادة في تعزيز ثقافة العمل التطوعي.

The Council of Ministers, chaired by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, praised in its session yesterday (Tuesday) the wide community interaction with the annual national campaign for blood donation, which was launched by the Crown Prince with the aim of instilling the values of humanitarian work and achieving self-sufficiency in blood and its components; to ensure the provision of safe and sustainable supplies that meet the needs of beneficiaries in all regions of the Kingdom.
The campaign witnessed citizens and residents racing to donation centers in a remarkable interaction that stemmed from a great awareness of the importance of voluntary donation and contributing to saving lives by providing sufficient blood units, in a humanitarian step that is not surprising from a community that is driven by the principles of Islam and the values upon which the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was founded in solidarity, cooperation, and mutual support. Relevant authorities interacted with the humanitarian campaign by providing all the necessary tools and mechanisms that facilitate the donation processes and enable donors to reach the centers with ease, and the Ministry of Health activated its electronic applications in this regard.
The campaign aims to raise the percentage of voluntary blood donation to 100% of the total donors, in line with the objectives of Vision 2030 in building a vibrant community that enjoys comprehensive healthcare and ensuring self-sufficiency in blood.
