استقبلت الكليات التقنية والمعاهد الصناعية في منطقة عسير، 9281 متدربا ومتدربة مع انطلاق الفصل التدريبي الأول للعام 1447هـ، وذلك في مختلف التخصصات التقنية والمهنية، في بيئة تعليمية وتجهيز متكامل يهدف إلى تمكين المتدربين من اكتساب المهارات التي يتطلبها سوق العمل. وأوضح مدير عام التدريب التقني والمهني بالمنطقة الدكتور أحمد آل مريع، أن المؤسسة العامة للتدريب التقني والمهني في المنطقة، سخّرت جميع إمكاناتها لضمان انطلاقة متميزة لهذا العام التدريبي، مشيرًا إلى أن برامج الاستقبال شملت لقاءات تعريفية، وجولات على الورش والمعامل، إضافة إلى تقديم الدعم الإرشادي والأكاديمي للمتدربين والمتدربات الجدد. وأضاف، نعتز في التدريب التقني بمنطقة عسير باستقبال هذا العدد من المتدربين والمتدربات، وهو ما يعكس الثقة المتزايدة في البرامج التقنية والمهنية، ودورها المحوري في تأهيل الكفاءات الوطنية. وقال، تم الاستعداد مبكراً لهذا الفصل من خلال تجهيز البنية التحتية، وتحديث البرامج التدريبية بما يواكب احتياجات سوق العمل، إلى جانب تعزيز الشراكات مع القطاعين العام والخاص لتوفير فرص تدريبية وتوظيفية للمخرجات. وأضاف، نؤكد التزامنا بتقديم بيئة تدريبية محفزة وآمنة، تضمن جودة المخرجات، وتسهم في تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030 في تنمية القدرات البشرية ودعم التوطين في القطاعات التقنية والمهنية.
The technical colleges and industrial institutes in the Asir region welcomed 9,281 male and female trainees with the launch of the first training semester for the year 1447 AH, across various technical and vocational specializations, in a comprehensive educational environment aimed at enabling trainees to acquire the skills required by the labor market. The Director General of Technical and Vocational Training in the region, Dr. Ahmed Al-Murri, clarified that the Public Authority for Technical and Vocational Training in the region has harnessed all its capabilities to ensure a distinguished start for this training year, noting that the reception programs included introductory meetings, tours of workshops and laboratories, in addition to providing advisory and academic support for new trainees. He added, "We take pride in technical training in the Asir region for welcoming this number of trainees, which reflects the increasing confidence in technical and vocational programs and their pivotal role in qualifying national competencies." He stated that preparations for this semester began early by equipping the infrastructure and updating training programs to meet the needs of the labor market, along with strengthening partnerships with both the public and private sectors to provide training and employment opportunities for graduates. He added, "We affirm our commitment to providing a stimulating and safe training environment that ensures the quality of outputs and contributes to achieving the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 in developing human capabilities and supporting localization in technical and vocational sectors."
